George attended site punctually at the agreed time without any fuss. He rectified a fault with the earth wiring on our lighting circuit. As this was completed very quickly without a fuss he then was able to install the intermediate lighting I had planned out on the same day. This too was tackled with diligence and professionalism, the site was left tidy and the work was excellent value for money in time saved. Thank you for your help again!

Daniel and the Big Green Electrical Company have been outstanding. When I was planning and building my new house I really wanted to work with a solar provider that would work with me to understand my wider electrical requirements and design a solar system to match. Working with Daniel he designed a system to utilise the maximum amount of roof space on the house with 25 solar panels using an in roof GSE tray system for a neat look. This also saved money on roof tiles! It uses a Solaredge 8 KW 3 phase hybrid inverter with DC coupled battery storage and a home backup system that keeps the house running even in a grid loss. The system is making ample solar and has already generated over £800 (2.2 MW) in 2 months which has take a massive bite out of the electrical cost of running a large new build property complete with heat pumps, car chargers, batter Nothing has been too much trouble and he has helped with advice and guidance around other electrical elements of the house, working closely with the main contractor and electricians to ensure everything worked well together. Following the completion of the install he has been diligent with all the certificates, paperwork, handover pack and also helped deal with the DNO when they have been less than helpful. In this busy market where you want a competent, trusted, diligent and friendly provider who will design and install a system that works for your needs and not leave you in the lurch then Daniel and the Big Green Electrical Company are where you want to go.

When my kitchen light died I was in dire need of an electrician. Fortunately Dan was recommended to me by a neighbour who explained that whilst he had not had occasion to use his services he had been highly recommended. On contacting Dan I quickly found out that the recommendation was very accurate. He dealt with my problem in a timely manner ( I was fortunate to have same day service) supplying and fitting a new fixture that afternoon. I cannot speak more highly of the service I received or of Dan himself as he was clearly a very conscientious person. I thoroughly recommend him to anybody reading this review

I recently referred Dan Evans of Big Green Electrical to a key contact. Dan was brought in to install some spotlights in the hallway of a flat. It was not a straightforward job as access above the ceiling was severely restricted. In particular, a large water tank sat directly above a key area of the ceiling that needed spotlights. Dan arrived on time, presented professionally. He took time to listen carefully to the customer’s requirements and made some key recommendations based on his experience to ensure that the finished result was optimum. Once the brief was agreed, Dan worked efficiently and tirelessly without stopping for even a five minute break to get the job done. He completed the job ahead of time and ensured that the customer was satisfied that she had got the ‘wow’ factor in her hallway, which she had – it looked fantastic.

I couldn't recommend Steve highly enough. I gave him a reasonably complex kitchen and day room to wire with electrics for all appliances and an island, under-stairs loo, smart lighting throughout with additional pendant and outdoor lighting, ceiling speakers and cat6 fibre run from the front of my house. He clearly laid it all out as the build progressed, went through it all with me, explained the various options when I wanted pretty much everything and did it all with great proficiency, professionalism and punctuality! Had a good laugh too! Wouldn't look elsewhere when needed in the future!

I contracted SRC Electrical to carry out works at my work premises. The works were to install electrical feeds for a new commercial gas cooker, to rewire the existing extractor hood, install the cooker and to isolate/re-utilise part of the existing set-up (which was no longer required as was for the old gas appliance). Steve was friendly, prompt, responsive, detailed, helpful, attentive and professional at every stage of contact from the very initial contact through to completion of the works (where he then called the next day to debrief as works finished after I had left for the day). There's one little snag (no fault of SRC in the first place) which we have discussed and Steve will be resolving next week. Importantly, I have absolute confidence that he will do this. By the time I was in the office the next morning, the required certification and building notice instruction(s) had been actioned/completed - with all the relevant paperwork supplied to us already. I'd highly recommend Steve (and Phil who was working with him). SRC have proven to be a great contact who are solutions focused and we look forward to working with them over the coming months and years.

SRC Electrical did a sensational job on a tricky rewire at our property to the highest standard. I had originally been messed about by other local tradesman regarding this job but Steve took the reins and went above and beyond for us. Samsum and his team were brilliant. They worked with our builder on our extension and renovation. From they time of quoting to where we are now, nearly finished, they have been exceptional. We told them what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Offered great advice on fitting etc and was able to arrange for alarm system to be installed. Also added few extras that we changed during the build process. The finish was better than the products we had identified. Planning and attention to detail was wonderful. Few things done without cost as this provided a better outcome. Wonderful. Samsum also shared my liking for gadgets and technology and nice to see someone in the trade show a true passion for their work and also for the outcome the client gets. I think there was some TV envy!!! Wifi works like a dream, OLED tv has pride of place in the living room, so much so that I cannot get to watch it as the kids seem to like it so much. Understandable delays caused by Covid were never and issue as Samsun would keep updated daily if needed. If there is every anything further we need doing, then Samsun and his team will be the only people we call. It was a pleasure to have Samsun and the SG Electrical Team in our house and we are so pleased with the end product.

My wife and I recently undertook a full house renovation on our cottage in Weybridge and SG Electrical oversaw absolutely everything related to the electrics. This included a full rewire of the house but also the installation of CAT-6 data cables and access points to improve the home Wi-Fi and a smart home heating system. From first meeting with them, they took us through the whole home advising on where best to place sockets and switches and their expertise was obvious from this point. We were extremely impressed with their knowledge of modern technology and how to implement it across the home. We followed their advice happily - and are very glad we did.
