The engineer arrived very promptly having communicated with us regularly. He was very thorough and took the time to explain the issues, once identified. Once power was restored he also made sure we knew what to do if the same things happened again. I would not hesitate to use this service again if we needed assistance.

George is an extremely competent and passionate electrician. He always finds the time to explain all the options that are available and helps choosing the one that best fits your needs and requirements. I've had work done twice now with George, once for some light fitting/switch and once for installation of an appliance. George attended site punctually at the agreed time without any fuss. He rectified a fault with the earth wiring on our lighting circuit. As this was completed very quickly without a fuss he then was able to install the intermediate lighting I had planned out on the same day. This too was tackled with diligence and professionalism, the site was left tidy and the work was excellent value for money in time saved. Thank you for your help again!

JAW Electrical were absolutely superb - their work is of the highest standards. New main fuse box, kitchen appliances isolation switches, ceiling spots and LED lighting installed. They were also able to carry in and set up our kitchen units for the kitchen installer (delayed on another job) and assist to take delivery of all our new fire doors. Great experience of MK from start to finish. My initial enquiry was responded to quickly, Mike came as agreed to quote and whilst they’re clearly busy guys, they scheduled our first and second fixes asap. The job looks great and certification was supplied without chasing. I’d happily recommend MK to anyone in SW London. After dealing with a couple of utter clowns in the past couple of years, this is the most reliable electrician service I have found.
