We had an issue with some of the electrical sockets and wiring after it was overloaded. I called Arek and he was able to come very promptly to look at the issue. He inspected everything very thoroughly and was able to fix the issue as well as other issues he found after inspection. He charged a reasonable amount for the work he did and left everything very tidy. I will definitely be using Arek again in the future and would recommend him to anyone!

I have been let down or not had calls returned by so many tradesmen over recent years, it’s like they just can’t be bothered with smaller jobs even though they still charge loads. This morning I realised my 30amp fuse was tripping meaning no dishwasher or washing machine and power to outbuilding. I found this company and called, Sam was with me within an hour, not only did he solve that issue, he also fixed a kitchen socket after running several tests and a bedroom light, he is truly professional and knowledgeable and also really polite and easy going. I will definitely be using him going forward and can’t recommend him enough, today could have been a nightmare but ended up being very successful and stress free, thank you very much Sam.

Samar provided an excellent service from the initial enquiry, the question and quote stage, and on the day of installation. Samar remained on site from installing the EV charger right through to ensuring it was recognised by the HIVE app. He didn’t leave the site until the charger was useable which involved contacting HIVE multiple times and logging into the laptop to manage the options and set up. Samar also made a very neat job of both the inside electrics as well as on the exterior, avoiding any visible wires. This was much appreciated as this would have shown on the white render. All paperwork and certificates followed through on the same day. I couldn’t recommend Samar more highly.

Tom came over after we had a problem with the lights upstairs. We‘d been having some issues with our heating & lighting for a while and previous electricians and plumbers did a quick fix that didn’t work. We found Tom on Google and after reading the good reviews, gave him a call. He identified the problem straight away and did a great job of re-wiring everything. I recently referred Dan Evans of Big Green Electrical to a key contact. Dan was brought in to install some spotlights in the hallway of a flat. It was not a straightforward job as access above the ceiling was severely restricted. In particular, a large water tank sat directly above a key area of the ceiling that needed spotlights. Dan arrived on time, presented professionally. He took time to listen carefully to the customer’s requirements and made some key recommendations based on his experience to ensure that the finished result was optimum. Once the brief was agreed, Dan worked efficiently and tirelessly without stopping for even a five minute break to get the job done. He completed the job ahead of time and ensured that the customer was satisfied that she had got the ‘wow’ factor in her hallway, which she had – it looked fantastic.

Daniel and the Big Green Electrical Company have been outstanding. When I was planning and building my new house I really wanted to work with a solar provider that would work with me to understand my wider electrical requirements and design a solar system to match. Working with Daniel he designed a system to utilise the maximum amount of roof space on the house with 25 solar panels using an in roof GSE tray system for a neat look. This also saved money on roof tiles! It uses a Solaredge 8 KW 3 phase hybrid inverter with DC coupled battery storage and a home backup system that keeps the house running even in a grid loss. The system is making ample solar and has already generated over £800 (2.2 MW) in 2 months which has take a massive bite out of the electrical cost of running a large new build property complete with heat pumps, car chargers, batter Nothing has been too much trouble and he has helped with advice and guidance around other electrical elements of the house, working closely with the main contractor and electricians to ensure everything worked well together. Following the completion of the install he has been diligent with all the certificates, paperwork, handover pack and also helped deal with the DNO when they have been less than helpful. In this busy market where you want a competent, trusted, diligent and friendly provider who will design and install a system that works for your needs and not leave you in the lurch then Daniel and the Big Green Electrical Company are where you want to go.

I contracted SRC Electrical to carry out works at my work premises. The works were to install electrical feeds for a new commercial gas cooker, to rewire the existing extractor hood, install the cooker and to isolate/re-utilise part of the existing set-up (which was no longer required as was for the old gas appliance). Steve was friendly, prompt, responsive, detailed, helpful, attentive and professional at every stage of contact from the very initial contact through to completion of the works (where he then called the next day to debrief as works finished after I had left for the day). There's one little snag (no fault of SRC in the first place) which we have discussed and Steve will be resolving next week. Importantly, I have absolute confidence that he will do this. By the time I was in the office the next morning, the required certification and building notice instruction(s) had been actioned/completed - with all the relevant paperwork supplied to us already. I'd highly recommend Steve (and Phil who was working with him). SRC have proven to be a great contact who are solutions focused and we look forward to working with them over the coming months and years.

I couldn't recommend Steve highly enough. I gave him a reasonably complex kitchen and day room to wire with electrics for all appliances and an island, under-stairs loo, smart lighting throughout with additional pendant and outdoor lighting, ceiling speakers and cat6 fibre run from the front of my house. He clearly laid it all out as the build progressed, went through it all with me, explained the various options when I wanted pretty much everything and did it all with great proficiency, professionalism and punctuality! Had a good laugh too! Wouldn't look elsewhere when needed in the future!

Steve undertook extensive electrical work in my renovated flat; it was all carried out smoothly, in a timely fashion and amicably. When other trades caused delays in the work, Steve returned on two separate occasions to complete the job. SRC Electrical did a sensational job on a tricky rewire at our property to the highest standard. I had originally been messed about by other local tradesman regarding this job but Steve took the reins and went above and beyond for us. Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home.
