Good Homecare Company have been the best ever combination of cleaning power professionalism and a hassle free service. Lisa arranges your appointment and David comes out and cleans out oven beautifully. Nothing is ever too much trouble !!! I hired Karis Smart cleaning services 3 years ago now and I’ve always been pleased with the results. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was outstanding. The team at Karis are super professional. From booking in the clean, to when the team arrived they were so friendly, they brought all their own products (high end cleaning products) and were so thorough. They moved all my child's toys and play equipment and dusted EVERYTHING. Never had such a thorough "regular" clean. Needless to say we booked for them to come back each week. Would 100% recommend. We have used mainstream cleaning a couple of times recently. First of all I was incredibly impressed with Dawn, as a first impression of the company it was a great start. She was extremely professional and proactive, went out of her way to help get our jobs planned in at our convenience. She was kind, courteous and kept me informed at every step. The house was spotless each time. Frank and his team are very thorough indeed and also very polite and friendly. We had a small hiccup with the extent of the job the second time as a carpet clean was to be included but had been missed on the actual day due to an internal breakdown in communication but it was resolved quickly, everyone was extremely apologetic and the carpets were done just a couple of days later. Overall I am very happy with mainstream cleaning and the service they provided.

Dawn and the team have been an excellent support to us over the past few years. Our first cleaner from the agency joined us to help when I was pregnant, and the house has never looked better! A few recruitment challenges made it hard to find such a good replacement, we have two dogs and mainstream worked very hard to find us a cleaner who was happy to deal with them following her around whilst cleaning, and the mountains of dog hair! An excellent service all round, efficient billing process and lovely staff. Highly recommended

We had a team of people in to clean my grandmothers house. She has lived in the same house for 85 years. They did a brilliant job and were not at all daunted by the huge task they faced. Had my ovens and BBQ cleaned today. The ovens look like they did when they left the factory, and the BBQ is so much cleaner - because of burned on fat and smoke it’ll never get back to factory cleanliness. Very pleased with the results. They were here for almost 4 1/2 hours - 2 hrs on the ovens and the rest on the 4 burner gas BBQ. Superb attention to detail and highly recommended.

Great communication. Arrived on time. Honest (paid less than was quoted as I had told him I had one kind of oven but he advised it was different and therefore cheaper - I would not have known any different!). The oven is sparkling clean. Clean work, no mess left behind. Would recommend.

Look no further for carpet cleaning! John has just finished an amazing job for me, a thorough and professional clean of lounge, bedroom, landing and staircase carpets. He got rid of stains that I didn’t expect to shift like rusty water from radiators leaks, nail polish spills etc. I watched as he skilfully made them disappear before my eyes!
