Look no further for carpet cleaning! John has just finished an amazing job for me, a thorough and professional clean of lounge, bedroom, landing and staircase carpets. He got rid of stains that I didn’t expect to shift like rusty water from radiators leaks, nail polish spills etc. I watched as he skilfully made them disappear before my eyes! Everything is freshened up and looking bright and new again. It has exceeded expectations and I’m delighted; and at a competitive price too. Loved John’s cheery “can-do” attitude too. Thank you.

I needed my lounge carpet to be cleaned at short notice and contacted John at Surrey Hills Cleaning. He was so helpful and after phoning him on the Friday he arranged to come the following Monday, rearranging his day to accommodate me. He did a fantastic job and the carpet looks like new again. Russ was fantastic. Extremely professional, thorough and has a great attention to detail. Needed a small hatchback cleaning after a post-party incident in the back of the car. The car had initially had a clean somewhere else, but the odours and some staining still remained. Worried the smell and remnants will never come out. Phoned up Russ, very confident he can fix the problem. He immediately outlined what he planned to do. Saying that he needed to remove the seats, steam and chemical clean all upholstered surfaces. When dropping off the car, Russ shone a UV light on the affected area after in the 'incident'. We could immediately see what remained after the previous clean. We left it with Russ for two days and on return he shone the backlight throughout the car. It was spotless! You wouldn't be able to tell anything had happened in the car. I even put my nose up to the area affected and I couldn't smell anything. (Stones and dirt in the footwells is from when driving the car back. We picked it up and it was spotless). I can't recommend him enough. Russ will get you out of a pickle! Thanks a lot.

Russell cleaned my sofa this morning and arrived on time, was very professional and spoke to me about all possible outcomes before starting and asked me for how I wished for him to tackle the dirt in my sofa. After a couple hours my sofa came up better than I'd have imagined. I will definitely use Pro Steam again. Would highly recommend!
