I hired Karis Smart cleaning services 3 years ago now and I’ve always been pleased with the results. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was outstanding. They are prompt, courteous, and often very accommodating to my schedule. The team work efficiently and leave my home in great condition, as well as always remember to use the correct products for different surfaces, including my wooden floors. I highly recommend to anyone in need of a good reliable cleaner to help them maintain their home.

The team at Karis are super professional. From booking in the clean, to when the team arrived they were so friendly, they brought all their own products (high end cleaning products) and were so thorough. They moved all my child's toys and play equipment and dusted EVERYTHING. Never had such a thorough "regular" clean. Needless to say we booked for them to come back each week. Would 100% recommend. Russ was fantastic. Extremely professional, thorough and has a great attention to detail. Needed a small hatchback cleaning after a post-party incident in the back of the car. The car had initially had a clean somewhere else, but the odours and some staining still remained. Worried the smell and remnants will never come out. Phoned up Russ, very confident he can fix the problem. He immediately outlined what he planned to do. Saying that he needed to remove the seats, steam and chemical clean all upholstered surfaces. When dropping off the car, Russ shone a UV light on the affected area after in the 'incident'. We could immediately see what remained after the previous clean. We left it with Russ for two days and on return he shone the backlight throughout the car. It was spotless! You wouldn't be able to tell anything had happened in the car. I even put my nose up to the area affected and I couldn't smell anything. (Stones and dirt in the footwells is from when driving the car back. We picked it up and it was spotless). I can't recommend him enough. Russ will get you out of a pickle! Thanks a lot.

Russell cleaned my sofa this morning and arrived on time, was very professional and spoke to me about all possible outcomes before starting and asked me for how I wished for him to tackle the dirt in my sofa. After a couple hours my sofa came up better than I'd have imagined. I will definitely use Pro Steam again. Would highly recommend!

Would highly recommend ProSteamUK. Great customer service from Russ. The moment we contacted him, he was very responsive, helpful and was able to book us in quickly. Arrived on time, made no mess and he did a great job at removing the coffee staine from our carpet. We are chuffed with the result, and would be happy to use his service again. He also gave us good advice for the future!

Great experience from start to finish with Apple Clean. We started to clean our 7-year old light grey leather sofa ourselves using a home leather cleaning kit and didn't take long to realise that, to complete the job to a decent standard, we would need professional help (otherwise would have taken us days !!). The service was friendly, punctual and efficient and we were super grateful they could squeeze us in before Xmas! Would highly recommend!
