Michael was really great scheduling my cleaning and the cleaners did a really great job. I had a 15 minute delay answering them when they rang me but both Michael and the cleaners were really respectable and understanding. I would definitely recommend T&M cleaning to anyone looking for end of tenancy cleaning.

My husband and i secured a house to rent in London and was looking for a good cleaning company. Decided to go with T&M after reading the reviews after we got the keys on Friday. Called the Company on Saturday and spoke to the lovely David and he straight away arranged for viewing to evaluate the property on the next day (Sunday) and came to clean on Monday. On both days David was punctual and he was also so pleasant to deal with! We took the pre-tenancy sparkle clean package and we are very happy with the result! House was super clean and they cleaned the carpet well! We fully recommend this cleaning services company to everyone. Price is also reasonable which is a plus point! Thanks again David and the team (sorry that you had to park a bit far from the house because we couldn’t get our parking code)

I am most happy with Riverside Cleaning. Speed, efficiency and ultra polite are the words I'd use to describe them. I was able to send pictures of a chair, bench cushion and sofa bed that needed cleaning in order to get a quote, which saved a lot of time. As a result, I was given an appointment within less than 3 days to do the job. Sean was not only most pleasant but also very knowledgeable and very very honest explaining that steam cleaning my sofa bed would do more damage than good because of the type of fabric. He gave me some alternatives to get a few more years out of my sofa bed despite the not so bright looking fabric, which was very kind of him. He was a delight to deal with: very polite, patient and discreet. Chair and bench cushion which he was able to clean came out great. I am very happy and will definitely reach out to them again. We just finished an renovation, redoing a whole house from top to bottom. The house was beyond dirty. Top Notch were recommended to me by our architect. And what a fantastic recommendation. 3 super professional and friendly guys showed up and worked none stop for 6+ hours. They did an exceptional job. Every little nook and cranny was done brilliantly. We have lots of drawers, built in wardrobes, shelves and high hanging lighting and beams. Everything was done really well. Spot On pressure washed my deck and also my large awning. Both had been covered with mould - and cost for new awning fabric was £1500!
