We have used mainstream cleaning a couple of times recently. First of all I was incredibly impressed with Dawn, as a first impression of the company it was a great start. She was extremely professional and proactive, went out of her way to help get our jobs planned in at our convenience. She was kind, courteous and kept me informed at every step. The house was spotless each time. Frank and his team are very thorough indeed and also very polite and friendly. We had a small hiccup with the extent of the job the second time as a carpet clean was to be included but had been missed on the actual day due to an internal breakdown in communication but it was resolved quickly, everyone was extremely apologetic and the carpets were done just a couple of days later. Overall I am very happy with mainstream cleaning and the service they provided.

We had a team of people in to clean my grandmothers house. She has lived in the same house for 85 years. They did a brilliant job and were not at all daunted by the huge task they faced. Dawn and the team have been an excellent support to us over the past few years. Our first cleaner from the agency joined us to help when I was pregnant, and the house has never looked better! A few recruitment challenges made it hard to find such a good replacement, we have two dogs and mainstream worked very hard to find us a cleaner who was happy to deal with them following her around whilst cleaning, and the mountains of dog hair! For an end of tenancy clean in Surrey, do not go anywhere else. My mother is a professional cleaner. I’d say I’m a decently good authority on the subject. Without doubt the best cleaning job (sorry, mum) I’ve ever seen. The house was left simply flawless. It’s just a shame my family and I had to move out, we can’t make the most of it! There was a tiny issue - where the sealant of our washer was accidentally left uncleaned - which was raised on the end of tenancy checkout report. The customer service to rectify it was incredible though! After querying with Maid for each other via a WhatsApp message, they went back the next day to clean the seal. All completely for free too. And to think I was considering doing the clean myself to save some cash. These guys were worth every penny!

You always get a reminder when they're coming and they are very easy to get hold of should there be any scheduling changes or similar.
