I sent Dave a message enquiring about fitting a blind. He got back to me very quickly, and told me that he was able to fit the job in only a few hours later. He arrived on time, was courteous and very professional. He completed the work quickly, to a very high standard, and is very reasonably priced. David Lucas (The Owner Of Odd Job Dave) is a new business, but one worth using. David is very professional, detailed and takes pride in every job he carries out. David came to my house and fitted my Ring doorbell. David marked out we’re to put it, best location, and created a mount for my doorbell (painted it too). David also helped me set it up too, which was really nice of him. David is someone I’ve known for a long time, and consider as a real close friend too. Excellent work and communication throughout the entire time he had been working at my property. Dave is a delightful person to deal with. He and the people he work with come with the highest recommendations. At my property, he installed covings, assembled a bin store and replaced some ceiling lights. He also did some other minor work. All of the time, he worked with the same care and attention you'd expect if he was working at his own property. I have been really impressed. I wished there were more tradesmen like him.

Excellent service, arrived on time, listened to what we had to say, explained exactly what he'd be doing and talked us through as he did the work. Very happy with the successful leak detection for a mystery leak in our bedroom ceiling. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone unfortunate enough to have this kind of problem. Great job! Raj has delivered an excellent job when we had an issue with the shower drainage leak which as a result damaged small part of the ceiling downstairs. He did a real awesome job, fixed the issue and even fixed the fan that hasn’t been working for years. Raj was excellent, very prompt, reliably did exactly as he had promised, and the work was of a very high standard. He sourced and fitted a kitchen tap, repaired a leak, repaired a cracked granite work surface, replaced some fencing that was falling down, and seemed to be able to turn his hand to anything successfully. I recommend Builder Sky Ltd as a first class building company. It is run by Stefan who has an amazing work ethic, his work force is polite, considerate and very much hard working. We had an extension built, a garage demolished and are awaiting a drive being layed. We also had a lovely patio layed which is giving us much pleasure. Stephan and his team did an amazing job replacing our decking with slate tiles as well as fitting a new bifold aluminium door. The team work so hard and are very professional. I would throughly recommend Builder Sky.

Stefan built our extension. Our house is not the easiest site, it’s on a hill, with stairs to the front door. They also built our patio and raised flower beds, and built new staircase to our garden. The site was kept clean and tidy. All to schedule and in line with estimates.

We were still living in the house during this period and the team were very polite and respectful The build should have taken 8 weeks but was finished in 7 and at the agreed estimate. What can I say about this business and their services. I have worked with Felipe for the past 6 years on a few of my properties and 3 commercial restaurant fit outs. They are the most professional, honest (yes honest) and skilled craftsmen I have found. The quality of his work is outstanding and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services. Mark was great, helping us with some household tasks including realigning some kitchen cabinet doors (including an integrated freezer) and with a misaligned shower door. He was able to fit us in at short notice, was prompt and very friendly. The work was completed to a high standard, and his rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Mark’s services - finding a reasonable and reliable handyman is hard - but Mark certainly fits the bill!

Mark came and repaired my fence and trellis and I am very pleased with what he managed to do as he was able to do some gardening as well while he was here. He works extremely hard and efficiently, is pleasant and well organised. I was so pleased I arranged another visit to do more work in the garden and to fit an outside light in my porch. Our elderly garden shed (circa 1960) had rotten parts and had lost the window putty, so the glazing was almost falling out of the windows. New cedar battens and some new glass were supplied and fitted, so now the shed will hopefully last a lot longer . excellent work.

The work carried out included shed roof repairs, and putting a concrete spur by a fence post . Very efficient, arrived on time, email communication very good. Work done was good quality. Would recommend.

Everything Peter does is first class. Very professional, reliable and really takes the time snd effort to listen to what you want, make some suggestions and execute the project to a high standard. Also extremely good at leaving the site tidy. Have used him and Bradley for a shed, 3 paths and an infill section of an existing shed and am delighted with the result. I contacted Keith having read the excellent reviews online, as our shed was in urgent need of repair. Keith was kind enough to give an honest assessment of whether a repair would be worthwhile and to direct me to where I could source the relevant materials ready for the day we had booked his services. He also kindly spent time discussing some of the finer points of the repair which I had questions about via email in advance. He arrived promptly and did an excellent job. It is so pleasing to have our shed back to tip top condition and not only this but Keith was good enough to deal with one or two other things during his visit too. I would recommend him without reservation and will be booking again myself.

Keith did a brilliant job installing a long blind in our new home office. It was a tricky job as there was a metal lintel fitted above the window but he came with the correct tools, got on and did the job professionally and tidied up after himself. Keith is a very personable chap who I would happily use again and who I definitely recommend.
