What can I say about this business and their services. I have worked with Felipe for the past 6 years on a few of my properties and 3 commercial restaurant fit outs. They are the most professional, honest (yes honest) and skilled craftsmen I have found. The quality of his work is outstanding and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services. One of the most sincerest guys in the building trade I have come across and so easy going. If you”re in need of property renovation or repairs, then give him a call. You won’t be dissapointed.

Surrey Building Contractors built our single storey extension for an open plan kitchen/sitting and dining area. It involved steel beams, complicated roof structure, bifold doors , roof lanterns and velux windows. They liaised effectively and professionally with our architect, kitchen fitter and other outside contractors. Neil and Kelly work as a brilliant team. One of the many things Kelly was responsible for was sourcing and comparing prices and rates for materials etc. She was always ahead of the game especially as the market availability and prices were changing so rapidly during our build. This meant that Neil was able to concentrate on the building project. We were always kept informed of any issues as they arose. Problems were explained thoroughly especially when changes were needed. Both Kelly and Neil have a good eye for where things could be improved for example recommending electrically closing velux windows rather than manually operated ones! Finally their staff and contractors were always polite and conscientous. I would definitely recommend them for any size of building project.

I found SBC through the Federation of Master Builders website and they have proven to be very professional, honest and easy to deal with. Communication has been fantastic and they’ve given me peace of mind throughout the build and jointly overcome any minor hiccups with minimal fuss. Quality is great and it’s been great being able to just leave them to it with no stress on our day to day lives. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for an open, honest, professional and high quality outfit. I’d definitely use them again.

Mark was quite professional and helpful. He replaced kitchen sink . During this process he has to cut the extra wood around the sink after that connected the pipes with nice and simple design. He also replaced exhaust fan in the toilet. Very pleased with his approach and friendly nature. Already booked him for few more jobs.

Very professional and well planned work carried out for our complete bathroom renovations. We highly recommend KT5, very good attention to detail and most of all no compromise on quality of work carried out by the specialist work force. The best thing about the project was the planning phase with number of suggestions. It was a very old bathroom now completely transformed into a very modern and functional design.

Would 110% recommend KT5 for any home improvement project! Absolutely chuffed with the service, speed, friendly professionalism and minimal disruption from start to finish! 13 weeks from the day that the scaffolding went up to a completely finished loft conversion with 2 double bedrooms, a shower room and a play area — all finished ready to move in! We have 2 young children and KT5 were fab at accommodating their building work around them. They were also great at giving their ideas to the design of the project and we were so grateful they did! We have ended up with a beautiful, functional space that has really added value to our home in so many ways. Keiran and Tom were so efficient and Jim managed the project and his team with such care and positivity it was lovely having them around the house for the duration of the project, they really took the pressure off of a very daunting construction project. These guys did a few mid scale jobs on our house. The three key bits I'd highlight are: 1) quality of work (excellent) 2) communication (again excellent) 3) and a slightly intangible feeling I got from them - in that they took pride in the job and wanted to leave a happy customer. When we get an extension done it'll be with KT5 - I'd recommend them very highly.

Brad did a variety of work for me including dismantling an old wooden treehouse/playhouse, emptying a pond, trimming a door and repairing a rotten fascia on a shed. He was very professional, polite and easy to work with, plus the quality of work was undertaken with high care and skill. Everything was perfect, I couldn't have asked for anything else. Andy has done an excellent job repointing brickwork, repairing a long stretch of parapet wall, and inserting additional lead flashing in some exposed areas that had been leaking into the house. He is a careful and skilled worker with high standards and attention to detail. His rates are reasonable for the high quality work he provides.

Leith Construction undertook to repair my 150 year old flint wall which abuts directly onto a quiet country lane. In recent times the lane has become a rat run for an expanded secondary school and traffic and trucks and the elements have wreaked havoc on the wall taking out large chunks rendering it unstable in many places. However, Andy undertook to fix it taking his life in his hands as traffic disregarded his presence and barely slowed down as it went past the construction site. Despite the difficulties in repairing the wall Andy did a great job and we now have a restored wall good for many years ahead. Andy is a very convivial and friendly fellow who is bestowed with great skill. You can wind him up and off he goes sustained in fair and foul weather with the occasional coffee. Great guy, great job at a fair rate. You can’t go wrong with Andy.

Delivered our new outbuilding at a Victorian property from a hole in the ground to capping off. Great work and worked solidly. It was important to have a good finished brickwork as in a conservation area and the attention to detail was great. While a small building it is part of the heritage of a 100+ year house so it was great to get a brilliant finish build.

Mark came and repaired my fence and trellis and I am very pleased with what he managed to do as he was able to do some gardening as well while he was here. He works extremely hard and efficiently, is pleasant and well organised. I was so pleased I arranged another visit to do more work in the garden and to fit an outside light in my porch. I highly recommend him.

Mark was amazing. We asked him to build and fit a wooden shutter. Unfortunately the shutter was too small. Mark was able to find a solution to fit the shutter. It looks amazing. Mark also fitted an external light and fitted a radiator cover. Great communication throughout. Had to wait for him to become available but worth the wait. Would definitely recommend

I contacted Keith having read the excellent reviews online, as our shed was in urgent need of repair. Keith was kind enough to give an honest assessment of whether a repair would be worthwhile and to direct me to where I could source the relevant materials ready for the day we had booked his services. He also kindly spent time discussing some of the finer points of the repair which I had questions about via email in advance. He arrived promptly and did an excellent job. It is so pleasing to have our shed back to tip top condition and not only this but Keith was good enough to deal with one or two other things during his visit too. I would recommend him without reservation and will be booking again myself.

Top Notch re-roofed our garage, fitted a new door and painted the walls and floor. The guys are really professional and easy to talk to. They update you at each stage so there are no surprises. I was particularly pleased with how they cleaned up afterwards. The skip was removed promptly, and the driveway and surrounds was pressure washed, which all added to a very smart looking finish. I would highly recommend.
