David Lucas (The Owner Of Odd Job Dave) is a new business, but one worth using. David is very professional, detailed and takes pride in every job he carries out. David came to my house and fitted my Ring doorbell. David marked out we’re to put it, best location, and created a mount for my doorbell (painted it too). David also helped me set it up too, which was really nice of him. David is someone I’ve known for a long time, and consider as a real close friend too. Seriously thou David reliable, dedicated and passionate about his new venture, and I will be definitely using him again. David did a wonderful job, and loves what he does. Dave was very reliable and fixed all the odd jobs around our house. He had to pop out and get materials but didn’t complain or charge more than he’d quoted. He was super professional and came back a couple of days later to finish the job. I would highly recommend him.

Had an issue with wickes delivery service when dropping the kitchen and missing alot of bits but TI handyman where very patient and understanding. Bogdan did a very tidy and efficient job - whole external house painted and loft plastered (quite fiddly) I would definitely recommend :-)

I’m so pleased with the painting Bogdan did in my front room and kitchen. The work was done in only two days but to a very high standard and Bogdan did some repairs to the walls, ceiling and skirting boards too to get it looking even smarter. There was no mess left behind with the rooms getting cleaned up after the work and all furniture put back in place. Would fully recommend and would use again.

Bogdan and his team did an excellent job painting the front of my house. They came in under time and within budget, they turned up early and worked all day and were always friendly and cheerful. Communication throughout was very good. I highly recommend them. We had him back to decorate 2 large rooms whilst we were away - he did a lovely job, leaving the house clean and tidy. He even came back the next week to do a bit extra for us. Still highly recommended. He came back a third time to adjust some guttering, create 2 soakaways and re-render our conservatory. Again, great work and always cheerful and helpful.

Literally brilliant! Can’t recommend enough. Mark is diligent, hard working, honest and tidy! We have come to rely on him regularly to help with those “must do jobs” that 2 full time working parents, never get around to doing.

Mark came and repaired my fence and trellis and I am very pleased with what he managed to do as he was able to do some gardening as well while he was here. He works extremely hard and efficiently, is pleasant and well organised. I was so pleased I arranged another visit to do more work in the garden and to fit an outside light in my porch. I highly recommend him.

Mark was great, helping us with some household tasks including realigning some kitchen cabinet doors (including an integrated freezer) and with a misaligned shower door. He was able to fit us in at short notice, was prompt and very friendly. The work was completed to a high standard, and his rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Mark’s services - finding a reasonable and reliable handyman is hard - but Mark certainly fits the bill!
