James very kindly came out to our house tonight to fix a leak that was coming through the light in my bathroom. From the moment he got here he was very efficient, friendly and polite. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to diagnose and solve the issue! I would highly recommend👍

James was very quick to respond (my request was out of hours), was at the property at the time specified and sorted the heating problem (a new programmer was needed) there and then. Very impressed with the level of service, responsiveness and his handling of the job. Would definitely recommend.

James, was amazing. Spoke to my wife and talked about what he thought the price would be. Managed to fit us in, in what must be the busiest time of year for boiler engineers. Fitted an additional part at no extra charge. Even wore little blue plastic socks to cover his shoes. Highly recommend, will use again. James, Hope your wife gives you a lot of sympathy for your poorly finger 😁

James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted. This was all based on trust: you don’t often come across that these days! Thank you, James!

Rang to ask for help stopping leak from shower pump which was dripping into the living room. Got a callback immediately, and a visit within minutes as the plumber was working nearby. He couldn't have been more helpful and diagnosed the problem and resolved the immediate cause there and then. Wouldn't hesitate to ring again.

I've been using them for about a year now for various plumbing and heating jobs done on my rental properties and have never had an issue with their service. They always show up on time and call before they arrive to let me know when they expect to be at my tenants house. The guys are polite and professional, so it's hard to find anything bad to say about them!

Really reliable company. Have used them a couple of times. Most recently to replace 4 bathroom radiator valves including addition of thermostats. This full day assignment turned out to be a lot more complicated than originally expected, but our Engineer, Alan did a great job completing the work in the same day. Will definitely use them again.

Alex the owner was quick to visit for a quote and we were happy with the quoted price. Chris installed the boiler helped with Amia (sorry for any misspellings :-) ) and went above & beyond to make sure everything worked as it should (few Hive issues & a toilet which wasn't working properly). Alex, was very proactive in that he was the first company to estimate and actually arrived early. The Installing engineer was very pleasant. although the job overran the estimated two days the engineer was very accommodating in what was a difficult installation of replacement boiler in the loft and adaption of older controls that I was familiar and happy with. We had an issue with our heating I left an email through Simon’s website He called me back the following day and after I explained the fault Simon said he could come and have a look at what we thought was an air lock Simon messaged me to say he was on his way this afternoon at 3.30 Saturday 11/1/25 On arrival he discovered the motorised valve had failed he promptly left to collect a new one and replaced it The air lock was still there unfortunately but Simon would not be beaten with dogged persistence he eventually had us all up and running after 4 hours and finished at 7.30 with still another job to do many others would have given up I can’t recommend Simon enough and would not hesitate to call on him again Five star service and on a Saturday Well done Simon great job Thank you

I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. Harry fixed the problem within 30 minutes, he was polite, professional just excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Harry. When I read the reviews of this guy I thought he sounds amazing and he is from my own personal experience.

After breaking a valve on a radiator resulting in a steady stream of water, we needed someone fast! Harry at Surrey Plumbing Ltd saved the day with an emergency call out. Had the guys round to quote a boiler replacement. Their quote was the best price I had received from any engineers in the area. They carried out the works promptly and professionally and kept me closely updated throughout the whole process. PLEASE READ I very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas. Definitely one to use again for all future plumbing needs and would certainly recommend him to friends and family Thank you Gary Ann

We had a major leak and rang Apex to help with tracing & fixing the leak, due to very good Google reviews. Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it. Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ‘5h17’, while he was busy with other work.

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements.
