We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

PLEASE READ I very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas. Definitely one to use again for all future plumbing needs and would certainly recommend him to friends and family Thank you Gary Ann

Honestly, he was amazing and came out within half an hour of me calling him after 8pm sorted out the problem and also was very good with my Airbnb clients who had the problem with the boiler. Very good communication :)

I used Plumber Dipesh to change my cylinder due to rusty hot water. Since the job completed, I've had no more issues with hot water. Dipesh is very friendly, professional and flexible. I got a water leak from my kitchen ceiling and Dipesh was able to trace down the leak to the bathroom's underfloor pipe up stair within an hour. He also managed to fix it quickly and explained to me the step-by-step during his work. I would definitely use his service again for any plumbing work in my house in future.

Rang to ask for help stopping leak from shower pump which was dripping into the living room. Got a callback immediately, and a visit within minutes as the plumber was working nearby. He couldn't have been more helpful and diagnosed the problem and resolved the immediate cause there and then. Wouldn't hesitate to ring again.

I've been using them for about a year now for various plumbing and heating jobs done on my rental properties and have never had an issue with their service. They always show up on time and call before they arrive to let me know when they expect to be at my tenants house. The guys are polite and professional, so it's hard to find anything bad to say about them!

Was having Issues all over with my plumbing, I contacted Flowright plumbers Woking and as soon as they come round, they were very professional and helped put me at ease straight away, not only did they fix all issues they also showed me how the issued had happened and the best way to prevent them in the future!
