Had a big issue with my toilet, where faeces where coming into my toilet from upstairs and flooded my bathroom, unbloc came very quick and sorted it , Guy and Warren knew what they were doing and smashed it quick top guys A+++++++++++

The team here are always very helpful. Once a job is sent through, they usually crack on without any fuss and can understand the instructions straight away with no confusion, and reports come back really quickly with full detail. I am so happy with the work that Sultan has done for me today. 5 smallish jobs that I don’t have the DIY skills to attempt were completed with skill and professionalism. Sultan is easy to talk to about the work required and obviously highly skilled in his profession. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work and will be using him again in the future. Photos of the tap work included but he also repaired a constantly running toilet and leaking radiator. Great job!!!

Therm Heat installed our heating system 9 years ago now. Been using them for the annual service since and they have always arrived on time and been brilliant every service. This year we had additional plumbing work done on out toilet, Nathan was the engineer this time and carried out all the work without fuss, very clean n tidy. Nathan fitted a new boiler and power flushed the system. He worked independently and kept us updated at all times as to what was required and what task he was completing. Needed an old, extremely large and unsafe boiler replaced in a 2nd floor flat. This company gave the most reasonable and detailed quote. The work took longer than expected and cost a bit more due to flue difficulties but the new boiler works well, is quieter and safer than the old one. Some mess during the extraction and fitting process but to be expected. The two engineers (Zac and Shane) were courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I'm extremely grateful for this company helping me out and for their communication before and during the replacement.

Dale was great, we only needed a small job doing initially but then we also used him for our boiler service too. He was very quick and efficient and great at getting back to you. I have used this company for some years. Originally in my last house and they replaced the boiler and cleaned all the pipes out. Omar from Actfast got our incredibly broken central heating system working again on one of the coldest weeks of the year. The system was broken in multiple places meaning it was difficult to diagnose the issue. As such Omar had to be very systematic about his approach to diagnosis and repairs. He communicated clearly what he was doing, why he had to do it, and what he thought the problems were. He provided an efficient, friendly and transparent service. We'd recommend Actfast to anyone.

I called ActFast and was connected to Omar, the issue was my Dad's old and faulty electric shower.
