Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.

Fantastic, professional and very helpful company. Used them twice now. Bought a new house and water wouldn't work. They arrived quickly and resolved the problem immediately with no charge. Dave was able to investigate and fix our water leak the same day. It wasn't straight forward but he carried on until he found the issue. I now have someone in my contacts who I trust and will be able to recommend without hesitation.

No hesitation in recommending The Water Specialist Ltd. Supplied a new point of entry for our water supply to our home, with new stop tap; having first to find the original old supply underground, disconnect the old pipe routed in at a different point. Professional and friendly, left site clean and tidy. Will be the first we call with any related work we need.

We, and 4 of our neighbours, each had 1970s black water supply pipes running 100m through woodland from the water meters on the road and then going in different directions to each of 6 supply points. These pipes were leaking on a regular basis and despite the size of the operation we decided that we had to have them replaced. We went to 3 of the appropriately regulated companies for quotations and The Water Specialist was by far the cheapest. (One seventh of the highest estimate and half the other!) We investigated further and David explained how he had based his quote for the laying of 800 metres of new pipes, including going through gardens and under drives and patios. One week later everything was in and working including a new group of 6 external stop cocks, near the properties rather than the road, which we had not put on the original requirement. Despite the huge amount of digging and the inevitable mess during the wettest week in January it was all put back so well that after the team had left it was unlikely that a casual observer would ever know what had just happened! We are all extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend David and his team without hesitation especially because it was done so calmly and well at a price that we were all happy to pay!

Pipeline Plumbing Services gave us an excellent service. Josh promptly came and looked at or leaking tank and provided a quotation for the work in less than a day. The work was started and completed the same day by Tim and Josh2 the apprentice. They were a pleasure to have in our home and were through and very tidy. Josh has serviced my boiler for many years in two different properties. He has also replaced my old boiler with a new one and fitted a new large radiator for me, removing an old one from a different position. We had a major leak and rang Apex to help with tracing & fixing the leak, due to very good Google reviews. Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it. Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ‘5h17’, while he was busy with other work.

We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

PLEASE READ I very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas. Definitely one to use again for all future plumbing needs and would certainly recommend him to friends and family Thank you Gary Ann

Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. After breaking a valve on a radiator resulting in a steady stream of water, we needed someone fast! Harry at Surrey Plumbing Ltd saved the day with an emergency call out. Absolutely brilliant, thanks ever so much for your help! I called Khalid about a leaking copper pipe in our kitchen, he was round at our house in an hour and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. As well as the great service, he is a really nice guy and did the work for a very reasonable cost.

Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.
