The technician preemptively asked for pictures and had agreed a plan and options with myself over the phone (course of action, replacing parts vs repairing etc) before attending and given the nature of the issue (leak on mains stop valve) his friendly and calming demeanour explaining to us what to do until he attended was a very nice touch as leaks usually cause a lot of distress to people. He attended site on time, was polite and very professional. He was providing useful explanations along the way. He has done a great job and being extra careful not to make any mess and has left the place spotless. I'm extremely satisfied with the end result and overall experience and would definitely highly recommend this company! Thank you Karime for your exceptional service!!

I found K R Plumbing through Checkatrade and it turned out to be a really good decision. Karim did an extended job for us which involved both gas work as well as plumbing. He fixed and serviced a gas boiler, installed a new hob and also fitted a whole new shower along with new tiling and bath screen. This was in addition to other small repairs. The main thing was the honesty and sincerely, he helped us avoid unnecessary work. Five stars, will definitely recommend!

Carl from Hamilton services, we used him for our plumbing services. Washing machine and dryer provisions, replacement of double panel radiators, removing of water booster and fitting a tap and shower-head. He's a gentleman and knows what he does. You can feel your job to be super safe with him. We will wardrobe around the provisions and he got the provisions where we wanted it with less intrusion. We have received excellent service from this company in recent weeks, first with an emergency evening callout to restore electricity, then with a full NIEC check, fitting of new consumer unit and various remedial works. In the same period they came to service the gas boiler and when unfortunately it had to be condemned, discussed options for a new one and provided us with a quotation within a few days. All the five staff we have dealt with, on the phone and/or in person, have been friendly, respectful and courteous.

Brilliant. I'm not sure I've ever written a review before and I'm based overseas with a property I rent out in London. That's the background. Let's launch into the review. I discovered that my central heating was coming on instead of the hot water. I self diagnosed that the 3 port motorised valve was at fault and ordered a replacement off the internet. However my plans to try and fix the problem myself were hijacked when my immersion tank also failed, before the replacement valve had arrived. I reached out to Quick Flow as a desperate first time customer. Paul surpassed my wildest dreams by being able to turn up just 2 hours after my panicky phone call. just 90 minutes later, he had replaced the motorised head and the immersion tank was also fixed. Paul worked neatly and methodically. The following day, it seemed that the heating was not working, although the hot water was. Paul once again managed to attend me within 3 hours and checked the system, which now decided to work, making me look a bit daft. Paul was gracious enough to not query my mistake. The pricing was not at all unreasonable although the charges were worked out in a different way to the wording on the website. I have carefully stored Quickflows telephone number for future use and happily commend Paul's services to anyone in the Croydon area that needs reliable Plumbing or Heating works to be done.

Paul - professional, direct, clear communicator - quick to reply, efficient and flexible. It's a gamble out there trying to find the right, genuine, honest trade persn. Paul's your man. Paul saved us £2250 !!! Our heating stopped working & our regular plumber diagnosed our pump as having blown up & that we needed a new boiler. We asked Paul to quote for the work. He was able to fix the boiler instead of having to replace it & it only cost an hour of his labour. He fitted us in at very short notice. He was pleasant, experienced, skilled & very reasonably priced for a professional . . . & didn’t laugh at our excessive Covid precautions : ) We are really happy to recommend his services.

I called Quickflow on Sunday to get availability to change my leaking tap and set he will be available on Tuesday. Turned up promptly. Paul was a great guy, knew what he was doing. Told me where the leak was. Great guy to do the work. Clean and tidy. In terms of pricing he was cheap and very reasonable. He was local to me. I need to carry out a boiler service. Gave me a quote there and then. I will call him up next in due course to do that for me. Sorry forgot to ask you if you wanted a cup of tea. Next time.
