I have used Nathan at Urban Electrical many times for both private jobs at home and for electrical installations at our workplace. I highly recommend him and have trusted him for all our electrical requirements over several years now. He is reliable, trustworthy, tidy and competitive. I have found his work to be of a higher standard compared to other electricians we have previously used. His attention to detail and quality of finish is a credit to him.

First class. Had them round for a range of wiring and lighting jobs after moving into a new place. Matt was meticulous, thorough, tidy, and great at explaining what was happening - especially when it came to unravelling the mysterious wiring decisions made by previous tenants.

Nathan was very professional, friendly, reliable and knowledgeable, more than happy to explain everything he was doing. As a single female I felt extremely comfortable with him being in my house and with the work he did for me. He even helped me move a heavy object I couldn't move alone! We used Darren last year to put all new radiators into our home along with moving and reinstalling a new boiler. We were so impressed with Darren & Kane's work that we got them to quote on a new bathroom for us which was our project this year. I had Greenwood Heating come and give my new boiler it's first annual service in Reigate. Engineer arrived on time (in fact early), he was polite, friendly and carried out the service in an efficient and timely manner. I have had Greenwood Heating out several times for two different boilers - they are the first company that has actually serviced my boiler properly - previous services (British Gas amongst others) included a visual inspection and signing a bit of paper (I knew nothing about what should happen during a service) - Greenwood heating actually serviced the boilers, showed me what needed doing and explained everything, emptied condensation trays, emptied and cleaned out the black filter (can't remember what it's called) - when fixes have been needed they are all at a reasonable cost and so are services on the boiler - I would never ever use anyone else - thank you Greenwood heating!

We needed 3 old radiators replacing in the bedrooms. One of these required floor boards to be lifted and re-working of the pipe work as it was a smaller more efficient radiator. Mark and Darren did this work so well, explaining everything before and during the work. They are friendly, professional and tidy, leaving no mess at all. I would highly recommend them & most definitely use them again. Thanks guys.

Mark has been doing my boiler servicing for years but having just moved to a new house I asked him to do some work in the new property. He and Darren swapped out my boiler, tank, radiators and pipe work and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me so I could understand it (I know nothing of this sort of work) and provided a professional service and despite lifting floorboards and the like kept things very clean and tidy. He was very well priced as well given that British Gas was charging almost a 3rd extra on top to do the same job. I feel very comfortable recommending him for any of this work. Good morning. This is a review for a lovely man Ivo, who represents Bertolli Heating & Plumbing. I was recommended Ivo through my neighbour as my boiler needed servicing and I also needed an outdoor light fitting changed. My boiler was leaking and I wanted someone to look at it urgently. Ivo happily came out at short notice on a Sunday to have a look, then offered me a very reasonable quote to fix the problem - which he did soon after. He clearly explained what he was doing at every stage of the process, and was polite and friendly from start to finish. A really genuine, helpful guy. I'm very grateful!

We have had Steve the plumber for quite a few years now, and he has fitted a new boiler, radiators, sink and taps, repaired items over the years, he has just repaired our boiler witch we had put in 12 years ago, all going well as usual. Nothing is too much trouble. Turns up on time, a very polite and pleasant young man

Steve’s been our plumber for about 12 years now and is always great at reaching out when we need our boiler serviced. Whilst he was here I noticed that one of our radiators was hanging off the wall on one side. He was happy to fix this whilst he as over. He’s a neat and tidy worker and always a pleasure to have working in the house.

Had a leaking pipe which was discovered on a bank holiday. Mint were able to attend first thing next morning and fix the problem, no problem at all. Excellent service!

Our boiler decided to break down on our return from holiday. Ervin came out to us quickly and it turned out our old boiler needed replacing. Ervin was able to book the work in within only a few days and managed to fit the boiler in one day, staying late to finish the job to ensure we had hot water that night. His professionalism and work ethic is second to none. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a friendly plumber who takes pride in his work (a rare thing these days). Josh came out immediately despite it being his day off. He was extremely helpful and keen to come up with the best solution not just solve my immediate emergency. He was friendly and professional and got everything done quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend.

I contacted Josh for help with a slightly complex job - installing a pipe to run under the kitchen floor from the mains supply to provide plumbing to a fridge/freezer on the other side of the room. Josh came round within a couple of days of my call, had a look at the job and was able to think quickly and creatively solve the issue by passing a pipe under the floor from a small hatch under an appliance - I am delighted because we didn't have to pull up any of the floor, and we only have a tiny hole in the floor behind the fridge for the pipe! Everything works nicely and his rate of pay was reasonable for the time and effort this job required! I wouldn't hesitate to call Josh again the next time I have a plumbing job - thanks!
