James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted. This was all based on trust: you don’t often come across that these days! Thank you, James!

James, was amazing. Spoke to my wife and talked about what he thought the price would be. Managed to fit us in, in what must be the busiest time of year for boiler engineers. Fitted an additional part at no extra charge. Even wore little blue plastic socks to cover his shoes. Highly recommend, will use again. Douglas worked on a complete renovation of my flat over 3 months including the installation of a new kitchen, levelling of the floor, installation of flooring, as well as plumbing and electrics. He always has a solution to issues that arise and has contacts who are readily available for challenges he cannot manage directly. I cannot recommend Darren and Guy highly enough. After a disastrous experience with an emergency gas engineer, Darren saved my boiler from an untimely end at a fraction the cost I was quoted and with half the hassle. They've since gone over and above every time I've called them out. Easy to contact, polite, efficient and really nice guys to boot.

OMG major boiler & heating problem at a tenant's flat - just as I was about to board a plane .... thank goodness for Darren. He came to the rescue, quickly, at a weekend, dealt with the tenants directly and took all the stress out of the situation for me - and without being ripped off with outrageous call out charges. Since then, he and Guy have also flushed and balanced my radiators, serviced my boiler, fixed a leaking bath problem and carried out a gas inspection. They are always responsive, professional, reasonably priced, respectful of my home and nice people to do business with as they say :-) I'd have no hesitation recommending them.
