From the initial enquiry to completion of works Ollie and his team have been so professional, transparent and informative. As inconvenient as it is having renovations at home, this team were absolutely fantastic - clean, on time, and efficient, hardly made any noise. I only found out after the job was completed that Ollie ran into some unexpected troubles with our old pipes being in bad shape but he fixed all issues without even bothering us once. The price given was very fair given the quality of work, and I would certainly recommend this company in future with confidence.

From first point of contact, Oliver was very helpful and informative and kept me up to date with everything. Oliver quickly organised his engineer to come out to us. On arrival Mason was very polite and helpful. Mason was very informative and done a great job. Nothing was too much trouble for Mason. We were impressed with the whole service from beginning to end. Had the guys round to quote a boiler replacement. Their quote was the best price I had received from any engineers in the area. They carried out the works promptly and professionally and kept me closely updated throughout the whole process. Even better, they were really respectful around covid preferences and kept their masks on the entire time. They even disinfected the entire are after, which was a real touch of class. I had a really old central heating system. The thermostat failed and i couldn't get a replacement. Heatsource worked hard to find a solution to replace the control system always mindful of the cost. They replaced the system with a much more modern Tado system. The after install support was brilliant. I would happily recommend them.

I use Heatsource every year to service my boiler before the winter sets in and I cannot fault them, they are so polite and cheerful and professional, everything is done with the minimum of fuss and mess and they checked all of the radiators as well as the boiler and flue etc. I have also used them to install a new boiler and radiator and a gas cooker. They have recently been to check the boiler at my daughter’s flat that had a fault and again we could not praise them enough for their attention to detail and professionalism. I feel so happy to recommend them to anyone.

Having tried Swale Heating and others, the Heatsource team were the only ones that would attempt to fix my boiler given the restricted access in the cupboard that it’s in. Thaw are extremely professional, knowledgeable and deliver really high quality work. They installed air con in several rooms in our home and we were super impressed with how efficient they are, from when Joey came to quote and inform us of our options, to the team that installed the units. This team were very friendly, respectful and clearly took pleasure in delivering great service. There was a slight scratch on one unit which they quickly noticed and arranged for a replacement which was done in a timely manner. We'd definitely recommend them and will use them again if required!

Our first project with Stuart was to replace our clapped out Potterton boiler with a new Vaillant one. Brilliant and professional work throughout. We ended up with a quieter, more reliable system that was cheaper to run. Stuart also made sure that the new system complied with modern day health and safety standards which had not applied when our house was built in the 1970s. At the same time he took care of the capping off and pipework involved in converting a bathroom into a work room, leaving it so that it would be easy to convert it back if required. Since that time we use Stuart's services for all plumbing and electrical work. This has included rewiring a workshop, fixing a faulty toilet as well as annual servicing of our boiler and our megaflow system. We know we get the best quality work at a sensible price from Stuart and can always depend on him for the best advice. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any plumbing or electrical work.

Stuart has completed a few jobs for us over recent years. He fitted new central heating throughout the house as we previously had an air vent system, fitted under floor heating in the kitchen, a new bathroom shower pump and a water softening filter. Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills.
