Thank you so much Suki for replacing our boiler before Christmas. We were desperate to have hot water in time for our guests. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done. He stayed late to finish the work despite the fact he must have been tired. He also fixed both of our broken toilets that wouldn’t flush. Many thanks, we will certainly use you again and again.

PHENOMINAL service by Sukh. My Boiler broke 10 days before Christmas and Sukh came on emergency even though he was very busy, he tried a new part but to no avail, and really went out of his way to avoid me having to get a new boiler, trying his very best to get me fixed up before the festive period. January… I now have a new fabulous boiler fitted and the work was not straight forward at all, Sukh thinks on his feet, is very methodical and very knowledgeable and fixed each issue as it arose. Sukh is honest and does not overcharge at all. I could not reccomend Sukh & Five rivers plumbing highly enough. Wish there were more professional tradespeople like him around! He is simply great 👍

Tom was really good. Got in touch quickly and arranged a prompt visit with lots of options. I feared the worst with our boiler, but within 5 mins Tom had identified the issue, told us off for not getting a regular service 🫣 and started on fixing the issue. Work was fast and clean, good communication. Will definitely be using Asset again!

We highly recommend Tom. He has replaced and serviced our central heating system for several years. He has also replaced our shower door and shower valve which wasn't straight forward, despite this Tom did the job professionally within the quote he had given us even though he had to come back several times. All work was done to a high standard. Tom is very approachable and is happy to explain all aspects of the work. To find a good reliable tradesman is difficult we will keep using Tom's services.

All the stars brilliant! Emailed a request for a boiler annual service, received a call back on the same day and booked the appointment for the following week. Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. I called Daniel on behalf of my 90 year old mother as she is profoundly deaf, unable to deal herself and had been without hot water for several days. He agreed to come round very promptly and fixed the issue with her immersion heater just as fast. Service was excellent, he was very personable and reasonably priced. I am very happy to add my recommendation to the one I was given by Age UK (Sutton) and, although I hope not to need to call him, would call him without hesitation in the future.

We needed 3 old radiators replacing in the bedrooms. One of these required floor boards to be lifted and re-working of the pipe work as it was a smaller more efficient radiator. Mark and Darren did this work so well, explaining everything before and during the work. They are friendly, professional and tidy, leaving no mess at all. I would highly recommend them & most definitely use them again. Thanks guys.

Mark has been doing my boiler servicing for years but having just moved to a new house I asked him to do some work in the new property. He and Darren swapped out my boiler, tank, radiators and pipe work and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me so I could understand it (I know nothing of this sort of work) and provided a professional service and despite lifting floorboards and the like kept things very clean and tidy. He was very well priced as well given that British Gas was charging almost a 3rd extra on top to do the same job. I feel very comfortable recommending him for any of this work. Crown Plumbing just did my annual boiler service. Jack the engineer arrived as scheduled, phoning me 20 mins before to let me know he would be arriving. He was very tidy. Did a thorough job on the boiler service and highlighted some items that would need attention at next service. The cost was as advertised and in my opinion represented good value for money. Steve’s been our plumber for about 12 years now and is always great at reaching out when we need our boiler serviced. Whilst he was here I noticed that one of our radiators was hanging off the wall on one side. He was happy to fix this whilst he as over. He’s a neat and tidy worker and always a pleasure to have working in the house.

Abdul was very quick to respond over WhatsApp and arrived within 24hrs to fix a leaking toilet. British Gas has been out previously but were unable to repair the leak because of the toilet cistern having been siliconed to the wall behind, meaning they couldn’t access the silicone and remove the toilet. Abdul managed to cut the silicon, get the toilet free and make the repair to the pipe. Would certainly use again.

We had a severe shower drain blockage yesterday evening. I called Abdul who responded immediately and arrived at the property within 15 minutes. After an inspection of the property, he managed to identify the point of blockage and cleared it effectively with no issues. His charges were fixed but fair, given the intensity of work that was involved. All in all, he was very professional, polite and eliminated all our stress. Definitely recommend reaching out to him for any emergency plumbing issues!
