Adam came and fitted a new bathroom for us in 2022, he dealt with unexpected problems well without giving me a headache about them. The overall quality of the fitting was good and came back nearly 12 months later to fix another issue with a faulty part quickly. Would recommend!

Adam and Dan are just two really nice personable plumbers intent on providing the best service and outcome for the customer. Adam is excellent at keeping in touch and updating progress on work in hand and always responds to calls where there’s a query.Dan is a meticulous tiler. - they work well together. Scott provided a totally professional, competent and reliable service from start to finish. He installed a new toilet and bathroom and did all the associated plumbing, tiling and decorating himself. He was with us for four weeks and was a joy to have around. He was considerate, tidy and all tools were neatly put away every evening. By the end he'd really become a friend of the family.......in fact he even brought round a red canvas camp chair for our 3 year old grandson who subsequently spent the whole morning in it. In short we can't recommend him highly enough.

Scott was super helpful and did a great job re-fitting a shower room, including tiling and flooring. In 'spare' time he sorted out the plumbing in the whole house and voluntarily painted the shower room walls and woodwork. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service, would highly recommend and use these services again. Having had multiple trades people come round our house over the course of 3 weeks, Ryan was the only person to identify the issue with our plumbing (we had no hot water) and he fixed it with minimal to no mess! I had a toilet with a faulty cistern and it’s not actually that easy to find someone willing to do that kind of thing as some plumbers just want the big jobs. The toilet is also housed within a unit and it wasn't just a case of lifting the lid off, so I was looking for someone used to designing bathrooms too as I figured they would be more likely to be used to that kind of thing. Michael was very happy to fix it and did so quickly (despite having to take the toilet out to get to the cistern), did it in the evening and to a great standard. Very personable and friendly too. I would definitely recommend Surrey Plumbing & Bathrooms and will be using them again in future.

We used Darren last year to put all new radiators into our home along with moving and reinstalling a new boiler. We were so impressed with Darren & Kane's work that we got them to quote on a new bathroom for us which was our project this year. We had Dom & Zak working on this and throughout they were excellent - always keeping us updated and making us feel comfortable in our own home. Darren and his lovely team are always so professional, super clean, tidy and respectful! ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT, THOROUGH, NO MESS - 100 STARS Darren at Greenwood Heating did a Fantastic job today.....I had a blockage on my system, preventing the hot towel rails working. Amazing really, he has such true skills and is ever so polite and pinpointed the problem with ease....... and explained what he was doing and how to prevent further problems. He is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL Indeed, so pleased am I ..... that he is going to fit a new system in my son's house in Warnham. I have absolute confidence in him and his sons, one of which I have met before at my next door neighbours who had a completely new system fitted from top to bottom [6/7 bedroom house] and they are delighted too. .....and so a BIG Thank you Darren, you are the best for sure.

I have had Greenwood Heating out several times for two different boilers - they are the first company that has actually serviced my boiler properly - previous services (British Gas amongst others) included a visual inspection and signing a bit of paper (I knew nothing about what should happen during a service) - Greenwood heating actually serviced the boilers, showed me what needed doing and explained everything, emptied condensation trays, emptied and cleaned out the black filter (can't remember what it's called) - when fixes have been needed they are all at a reasonable cost and so are services on the boiler - I would never ever use anyone else - thank you Greenwood heating!

Ervin responded to my initial email very promptly and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He kept me informed about his expected arrival time and arrived exactly as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the most likely cause of our boiler issue and clearly explained and demonstrated the fault. Ervin is highly focused and completes his work efficiently. Crown Plumbing just did my annual boiler service. Jack the engineer arrived as scheduled, phoning me 20 mins before to let me know he would be arriving. He was very tidy. Did a thorough job on the boiler service and highlighted some items that would need attention at next service. The cost was as advertised and in my opinion represented good value for money. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive.
