Mark has been doing my boiler servicing for years but having just moved to a new house I asked him to do some work in the new property. He and Darren swapped out my boiler, tank, radiators and pipe work and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me so I could understand it (I know nothing of this sort of work) and provided a professional service and despite lifting floorboards and the like kept things very clean and tidy. He was very well priced as well given that British Gas was charging almost a 3rd extra on top to do the same job. I feel very comfortable recommending him for any of this work. Last week our 20 + year old boiler showed signs of finally giving up the ghost. My husband contacted Mark and within 24 hours he had visited to assess the work and within 6 days we had a new efficient condenser boiler. Mark and Darren were brilliant. Polite, tidy and competent. I had used Lee before and found him so helpful and friendly, with very reasonable prices and will go out of his way to do the job as quickly and well as possible. When we had an issue with our plumbing, we called out Callum to see if he could identify the issue and sort it out for us. There were a few things that stood out with his work and service. Firstly, the attention to detail – everything was wiped clean, lined up, left as he found it (probably even a little better). Secondly, that attention to detail meant that he didn’t try to solve the problem the quick way – he solved it the right way, even though this meant far more work on his part. He explained what he was doing at every stage and it was clear that he took a great deal of pride in doing an excellent job. With something that is so vital to your home as your water and heating, it’s the small details, the small things that matter. Having watched him work, I would have no hesitation in using Callum for further work, big and small.

Neil and Jordan worked nonstop during a freezing cold day to fit our new boiler, new pump and undertake a power flush. All working well and looks great (well, as great as a new boiler can look!). Very neat job and all left tidy.
