We've had Graham and co do work for us over 15 years in two houses we have lived in for a reason as he is fantastic and fair tradesman and heating engineer/plumber. Fast but thorough, well priced and good value and I would say there's no one better or more skilled, having used others before him. Can't recommend enough. Graham fitted a new boiler for us at a very reasonable cost. He did a great job and we were very happy with the work done. Graham always replied promptly to any queries, was very knowledgeable and efficient and took the trouble to explain what he was doing as he went along. The job was completed quickly and everything was left very tidy. Graham and Robert were very friendly and pleasant and we would have no hesitation recommending Livingstone Dunn to anyone.

I would highly recommend Graham! He recently attended to balance our radiators and reconnect one that we had moved. Graham is so knowledgeable and friendly, and he took time to explain everything he was doing. He had to order a part and came back promptly to fit it. Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! Hired Louis + team to rip and refit our bathroom. Excellent service and communication throughout the whole process. They were happy to take on board and design choices that we specified as well as give advice where we were unsure. We’ve just used Nichols Plumbing & Heating to install our new bathroom. We were extremely impressed with them. Their quote was reasonable in comparison with other “high end” installers we contacted. It was a fairly large job, also involving a small amount of building work, but Louis managed it all using his own team or subcontractors, once we’d selected our supplies. Everyone on the job was unfailingly polite, and all work was completed to extremely high standard, virtually to the original schedule. Communication was outstanding throughout. Although there were inevitably one or two unexpected challenges along the way, they were surmounted very expertly, and the final bill was exactly as originally quoted. We will continue to use them for any other plumbing jobs we have and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Had a burst hot water pipe that shut down our water supply. Called the house insurance emergency service THREE times and still no appointment so we got Paul’s number from a neighbour. A few text messages later, on a Saturday no less, Paul arrives and does a superb repair job!! Very polite and professional. Highly recommended!!

Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Fantastic service from Ben and the team this week. We finally took the plunge and updated our old heating system. Ben was great from the start, explaining the process, sending a quote and completing the job within the time frame. They were really clean and considerate to us as there were times we were at home.
