Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Pipeline Plumbing Services gave us an excellent service. Josh promptly came and looked at or leaking tank and provided a quotation for the work in less than a day. The work was started and completed the same day by Tim and Josh2 the apprentice. They were a pleasure to have in our home and were through and very tidy. Technically they did a first class job and this coupled with their office staff proactive assistance made the experience without fault. Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

We, and 4 of our neighbours, each had 1970s black water supply pipes running 100m through woodland from the water meters on the road and then going in different directions to each of 6 supply points. These pipes were leaking on a regular basis and despite the size of the operation we decided that we had to have them replaced. We went to 3 of the appropriately regulated companies for quotations and The Water Specialist was by far the cheapest. (One seventh of the highest estimate and half the other!) We investigated further and David explained how he had based his quote for the laying of 800 metres of new pipes, including going through gardens and under drives and patios. One week later everything was in and working including a new group of 6 external stop cocks, near the properties rather than the road, which we had not put on the original requirement. Despite the huge amount of digging and the inevitable mess during the wettest week in January it was all put back so well that after the team had left it was unlikely that a casual observer would ever know what had just happened! We are all extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend David and his team without hesitation especially because it was done so calmly and well at a price that we were all happy to pay!

David and his team were absolutely fantastic and I couldn't recommend them enough! David talked me through several different options when it came to installing the new mains and with his moling equipment it caused minimal disruption. He was able to keep me in the loop every step of the way. He also installed French drains around the perimeter of the property which he did incredibly well. Special shout out to Jack who is a man of many talents. Such top guys and I will be using them again for sure. Very reasonably priced to.

Supplied a new point of entry for our water supply to our home, with new stop tap; having first to find the original old supply underground, disconnect the old pipe routed in at a different point. Dipesh is very friendly, professional and flexible. I got a water leak from my kitchen ceiling and Dipesh was able to trace down the leak to the bathroom's underfloor pipe up stair within an hour. PLEASE READ I very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas. We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system.
