Absolutely brilliant! He came out within 5 hours of my calling him, fixed the problem, made sure all was resolved. How someone can be so cheerful and happy dealing with the grim sight of blocked drains💩💩💩💩 I just don't know, but he did. He was reassuring that it would all get sorted from the start. Adam was fantastic and I would highly recommed his services if you need help with any drainage issue. We called him on a Monday morning and he came out within a few hours and quickly fixed the problem, he also identified some other issues that needed sorting and took care of those as well. His service was excellent and the standard of work was top class, a brilliant local company!

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Niall came out today and replaced our leaking tap. He was amazing and so helpful as well as replacing our tap he took the time to look at another issue and fixed it as well and he explained everything so simply. We will definitely be using him again. Thankyou so much

Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

Craig and his team literally saved us! When our old oil boiler finally broke beyond repair, we were left with no heating or hot water for several days. After ringing around several places, Craig finally came to our rescue and managed to fit us in before Christmas. He is knowledgeable, gives good advice and you genuinely feel he has your best interests at heart. At his busiest time of the year, our new boiler was bought, delivered and installed within a week of his initial visit. We cannot thank Craig and Matthew enough, not just for their speedy response but also their immaculate and tidy work. We would not hesitate to use them again and will be recommending to all our neighbours.
