JRT Heating Services recently changed our heating and hot water system to a combi-boiler. From initial contact until job completion we felt confident that we had chosen the correct person for the job. Always arriving on time and working a full day, even at the weekend, Jay was professional, experienced and was able to carry out the work to high standards. Trusted enough to enter our property whilst we were both at work and left it clean and tidy at the end of the day. The quote was more than reasonable and payment was quick and easy. We were only without heating for one night and were never without water for more than a couple of hours. We would highly recommend and use again in the future. Thanks for doing a great job.

PLEASE READ I very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas. Definitely one to use again for all future plumbing needs and would certainly recommend him to friends and family Thank you Gary Ann

We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

We had a major leak and rang Apex to help with tracing & fixing the leak, due to very good Google reviews. Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it. Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ‘5h17’, while he was busy with other work.

Chapman plumbing and heating have always been my go to people especially with my elderly mother whilst I'm away and can't oversee the work. I trust them and they have always gone above and beyond. If there was a problem Adam would investigate until he found a solution no matter what it took.he would return until my mum was satisfied. Jo is always professional,friendly and accommodating. Having just fitted a new bathroom I had awful pressure issues. Coupled with a boiler on the way out I knew it was time to look for quotes to replace the system. After several "no you don't want that"s I finally found Chapman! Jo was friendly and happy to work around my timeframe when booking for a quote visit which really helped as I work in London. Adam appeared a day later eating into his own evening, he spent the better part of 2 hours talking me through the probable causes of my problems and the options to fix. He explained everything right down to what must be basic plumbing to me and was very patient and easy to understand throughout. It's clear that Adam can do the simple installs and the complex as, every time there was a problem, we worked through it together so I wasn't clueless towards the end. Needless to say my pressure problem is permanently solved and earlier than expected too. The new system looks the part as well, professional, clean and safe Adam even placed some extra pipe protection in the loft as I mentioned I throw things up there on occasion. All this was done for the fair and quoted price which was honoured till the end. I'll only be using Chapman in the future and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Jo was very helpful in the office throughout the whole process and Adam was very professional and honest from the quotation process right through to installation. Due to a very busy work load Adam very kindly came to fit my boiler on his day off to ensure he met the deadline we initially agreed. Very pleased with Chapman Plumbing and would highly recommend.

Adam took on the challenge of improving our hot water system, after a builder left us with a huge mess. Todd always delivers excellent quality of service. He is thoroughly proficient in all he does. The work is always completed to time, looks great and the site is left tidy. Todd has completed a bathroom refurbishment and the installation of an air source heat pump. We have been very pleased with all of his work including smaller servicing jobs. I had an issue with a room (north facing bedroom) in my house being particularly colder than then the rest of the house. The main issue behind this was the location of the thermostat which was on the warmer side of the house, the south side. I was concerned that the fix would require an electrician moving wires and cutting a channel in a wall, not to mention paying for an electrician too. However, Todd used his years of experience to come up with cost-effective and long lasting fix. Todd recommended that we put a valve on the warmer room radiator so we could control it's temperature and then locate a wireless thermostat in the colder room. 1 hour after the fix, the cold room was at a normal room temperature and the room where the thermostat used to be, the warmer room was still at a very pleasant temperatures utilising the valve. This is still the case 6 weeks later and the temperature has gotten significantly colder outside as we head into winter. Todd's great experience and job completion within an hour was welcome as I was tight for time. The job was completed with no mess, very tidy and I have used Todd for a number of jobs. The work he does is always to the highest standard, it's very tidy very and he is personable. He cares about his customers and about the quality of the job. Todd is just a pleasure to do business with.
