Resolved the problem I was having with Grey Squirrels I contacted a few companies and Integrum quotes a realistic price, outlining precisely the service they provide. Arranging the appointment online and providing a curtesy text message just prior to any visit. James who was my assigned to conduct the work was friendly, had a kind manner and was happy to explain the process and practice he would be conducting. On the final visit a squirrel was caught in an open trap, which was put in place following the second visit when nothing had been caught. Squirrel problem dealt with.

Jack was the tech that visited. I have nothing but praise for this lad. He was dealing with my elderly Mum, has been very pleasant, took time to speak to me on the phone (as I couldn't be present), explained everything he was doing along with advice and feedback. Some wasps decided to make a home in the fascia boards outside my bedroom window. Called Paul at North downs Pest Control and he was able to come out that afternoon. Prompt, efficient and friendly and the wasp problem has been fixed. Very happy with the service and would happily use again.

Recently heard noises in the loft that sounded like a squirrel was moving around and shredding cardboard to make a nest. I gave North Downs Pest Control a call and Paul was able to come around the next day and set a trap. Somehow the squirrel managed to knock over the trap and set it off without being caught. Paul returned to reset it and the offending squirrel was caught soon after. Paul is a very professional and personable individual who was able to deal with our problem in a prompt and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I had reason to call on North Downs Pest Control recently owing to squirrel movement in the loft. Paul was able to attend the same day & set a trap. He returned two days later to find the squirrel had been successfully trapped. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul's efficient & reliable service.

Hired for wasp removal, they were very prompt in responding and came round the next day to do the job. They were very pleasant and talked me through the process and what to expect once the job is done. Given the size of the wasps nest I think we will require another visit and assuming this is done satisfactorily and similarly to the first treatment then I will have no hesitation in upgrading this review to 5 stars!

Sam came out this morning to deal with a very large wasp nest. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns we had. Sam dealt with the nest efficiently. We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.

We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. EXCELLENT SERVICE: Tony came to my student accommodation a couple days ago to assess and treat a bedbug infestation. He arrived within a day of our first phone call. He then wrote a detailed, professional and thorough report which was hugely important as I was dealing with a difficult landlord. Tony is a true expert in his field. Providing advice and information both on how to deal with an infestation AND the responsibilities of a landlord. Dealing with an infestation can be a hugely distressing time; Tony provides a friendly and knowledgeable service in an area that most of us never want to deal with! His business is clearly dedicated to providing more than just a satisfactory service and I could not recommend him more.

Tony was absolutely diligent in his approach. He meticulously and successfully pursued his plan to find the entry and exit points used by the rodents, employing phosphorescent powder to track following a camera survey of the sewer system, all for a very reasonable price. I recommend this company, and Tony specifically, unreservedly. So very different to the usual attitude of put poison down, go away, return, put down more poison and charge a fortune for the privilege!

I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word.
