Very understanding and helpful! Quick reply!I called a previous firm because I was particularly worried about bed bugs, but they said they couldn't locate anything. I then called Quick Pest Control. They discovered an infestation and treated it the same day. They were really professional, kind staff specially Motasim. They gave me a same-day appointment. I would definitely use their service again and suggest it to everyone.

Fantastic and really beneficial! He did a terrific job of comforting me because I'm afraid of mice. He was able to visit our house that same day within a few hours after we contacted. He also gave us information on potential entry points and ways to keep pests out of the house in the future. Fantastic dude! Five stars!

I have had excellent service from this company. Technicians & admin staff are very knowledgeable- polite and friendly The service that had until now had been excellent. Wouldn’t use anyone different. I am going to use them to seal my loft so that squirrels and other predators can no longer enter loft area. They have also helped with mouse infestation - nothing us too much trouble

Sam came out this morning to deal with a very large wasp nest. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns we had. Sam dealt with the nest efficiently. We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.

Hired for wasp removal, they were very prompt in responding and came round the next day to do the job. They were very pleasant and talked me through the process and what to expect once the job is done. Given the size of the wasps nest I think we will require another visit and assuming this is done satisfactorily and similarly to the first treatment then I will have no hesitation in upgrading this review to 5 stars!

Resolved the problem I was having with Grey Squirrels I contacted a few companies and Integrum quotes a realistic price, outlining precisely the service they provide. Arranging the appointment online and providing a curtesy text message just prior to any visit. James who was my assigned to conduct the work was friendly, had a kind manner and was happy to explain the process and practice he would be conducting. On the final visit a squirrel was caught in an open trap, which was put in place following the second visit when nothing had been caught. Squirrel problem dealt with.

Jack was the tech that visited. I have nothing but praise for this lad. He was dealing with my elderly Mum, has been very pleasant, took time to speak to me on the phone (as I couldn't be present), explained everything he was doing along with advice and feedback. Ryan came within days of booking. Did a thorough inspection inside and out. Laid the poison. Drain inspection and sorted the problem. Did not sell me things I did not need which others have tried. Very professional service, would 100% recommend. Now day 5 and at last all is quiet. Thanks Ryan.

Great Service. I had protectapet tension fitted enclosure installed on a balcony. The team showed up promptly, were very polite and respectful of the property and me. They were very methodical, tidy and disciplined in their work and discussed the installation prior to starting. I was impressed with the installation which was nice and straight, the netting taught, and cable ties evenly spaced and clipped. It was a pleasure to have such a professional experience throughout. Great job by Mark and team. The quote was fair and the work was carried out as scheduled. The enclosure is very neat, and the space beneath the solar panels was clear of nests, birds and dirt, as well as the gutters. 15-year warranty for peace of mind. Absolutely thrilled with the work completed by Mark and team today. My roof was an absolutely mess and now I can be proud of it. No pigeons harmed in the process and the mess was cleared from under the panels and from the gutters! They even threw in a bit of driveway cleaning too. Communication was brilliant and explanation of the process was delivered in detail. And just to add, Mark and his team were so friendly that even my neighbour commented on their good manner and friendliness. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you so much for sorting my mess of a roof out! :-)

There seem to be many names similar to this but don't get them confused! I live in Sanderstead and wanted to use a local business. Ben answered the phone quickly, gave me a same day appointment.
