I recently had a problem rats and called Predator for help. From the initial conversation to the final follow-up, their service was outstanding. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough in their work. They quickly identified the source of the problem and recommended a treatment plan that got rid of the rats completely. They also gave me helpful tips on how to prevent future issues and undertook work to prevent the rats returning. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with pest issues.

We have had issues with mice in various areas. I contacted Predator and they attended on the same day which was great. Richard the engineer was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable and told me what areas we needed to proof. I would 100% recommend Predator to deal with any pest control issues as their quick response and manner in which they deal with things is second to none.

Predator offer an excellent service with very efficient and friendly technicians. We have a wasp's nest problem, they will keep coming back for several weeks to retreat with no further charge if necessary, in our case this is due to the nest being difficult to access around/below the rafters. There seem to be many names similar to this but don't get them confused! I live in Sanderstead and wanted to use a local business. Ben answered the phone quickly, gave me a same day appointment. He came at the time stated and within 15 minutes my wasp nest was history. Very polite and professional, would highly recommend.

Hired for wasp removal, they were very prompt in responding and came round the next day to do the job. They were very pleasant and talked me through the process and what to expect once the job is done. Given the size of the wasps nest I think we will require another visit and assuming this is done satisfactorily and similarly to the first treatment then I will have no hesitation in upgrading this review to 5 stars!

Sam came out this morning to deal with a very large wasp nest. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns we had. Sam dealt with the nest efficiently. We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.

Resolved the problem I was having with Grey Squirrels I contacted a few companies and Integrum quotes a realistic price, outlining precisely the service they provide. Arranging the appointment online and providing a curtesy text message just prior to any visit. James who was my assigned to conduct the work was friendly, had a kind manner and was happy to explain the process and practice he would be conducting. On the final visit a squirrel was caught in an open trap, which was put in place following the second visit when nothing had been caught. Squirrel problem dealt with.

Great Service. I had protectapet tension fitted enclosure installed on a balcony. The team showed up promptly, were very polite and respectful of the property and me. They were very methodical, tidy and disciplined in their work and discussed the installation prior to starting. I was impressed with the installation which was nice and straight, the netting taught, and cable ties evenly spaced and clipped. It was a pleasure to have such a professional experience throughout. He was dealing with my elderly Mum, has been very pleasant, took time to speak to me on the phone (as I couldn't be present), explained everything he was doing along with advice and feedback. I contacted Michael on Sunday late pm and hed contacted my hubby first thing Monday. Popped round and advised us accordingly regarding the dead rat we couldn't get to under our floorboards. Greatly appreciated and would certainly use his service if needed again. Highly recommend

I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!

I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

On Sunday, I gave them a call regarding a mouse problem. They were really helpful, kind, and professional. The same day, Motasim showed up. He was incredibly kind, inspected my land, took pictures, and set the bait. I've just seen it on Sunday, but the mice haven't shown any more activity. In three and a half weeks, Motasim will conduct a follow-up inspection. He was really helpful in calming me and my girls and responding to all of my queries. He pointed out areas of entrance and provided additional guidance on how to close the gaps left by the treatment. Excellent value for the money; I heartily endorse them. Unfortunately, the property I purchased was not properly vermin resistant, which resulted in rats in my walls and mice in my kitchen, among other serious flaws. I'm really grateful to Motasim and Mahfooz for relieving my tension and removing another issue from my life. Because of their mutual understanding, the issue was quickly identified and fixed, all the while attempting to keep expenses as low as possible for me as the client. Every organisation needs a Motasim who is really enthusiastic about his work, goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and always has a warm, welcoming smile on his face. Motasim made scheduling follow-up sessions simple and was willing to accommodate my schedule. He also kept Mahfooz, the original surveyor, informed, which made things easier for me, and he promptly fixed my problems, all of which I truly appreciate.

Great job by Mark and team. The quote was fair and the work was carried out as scheduled. The enclosure is very neat, and the space beneath the solar panels was clear of nests, birds and dirt, as well as the gutters. 15-year warranty for peace of mind. Absolutely thrilled with the work completed by Mark and team today. My roof was an absolutely mess and now I can be proud of it. No pigeons harmed in the process and the mess was cleared from under the panels and from the gutters! They even threw in a bit of driveway cleaning too. Communication was brilliant and explanation of the process was delivered in detail. And just to add, Mark and his team were so friendly that even my neighbour commented on their good manner and friendliness. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you so much for sorting my mess of a roof out! :-)

Mark is very professional and friendly and we are extremely happy with his work and that our pigeons have finally fled! He did a brilliant job and used quality wire mesh fittings around our solar panels and then did a super job cleaning up. I would 100% recommend Mark's services to anyone.

Mark fitted Pigeon guards to my flat roof house , replacing pigeon guards that had been poorly fitted by someone else only 6 months earlier. He arrived promptly on time, and provided a professional and friendly service. The work was completed very quickly and to a high standard. The pigeon guards even after a recent strong storm are in tact. Excellent workmanship and service.
