I Work for a lettings company in Reading and have been using Warren at Combat Pest Solutions for the last 5 months. We have found him to be very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable regarding all pests. So far we have used him for problems with rats, squirrels and flies. Each time the problems have been resolved very quickly. We would defiantly recommend Warren to anyone with a Pest problem.

The business has used Combat Pest Solutions for 18 months now. We contacted the company when we found some unwelcome guests! Warren came very promptly and had the problem under control very quickly. Warren came after we had a mouse problem. He identified the entry point and put up bait around the house. He recommended we put mouse mesh guards around the house and after capturing the mouse via a trap we haven't had any more issues. Our house feels more secure now! Warren is very friendly and having 3 visits through his service is recommended to ensure no more activity within the house.

Warren was extremely professional getting in touch with me about my bed bug issue. He came out initially to confirm the infestation. He is completely honest and professional couldn't recommend anyone better. Would definitely go back to Warren with any other issues.

Very friendly and professional - called them out to deal with some wasps in the loft and they came out same day. The man who came to do the nest was really knowledgeable and even gave me some advice on the mice we sometimes get in the garden, which seems to have helped a lot. The wasps in the loft seem to be gone for good now, and there was no mess or anything, so it's a huge relief. Thank you for your quick service, will definitely be using Brand Pest Control again!

Elliot is amazing, he is highly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, prompt, but most importantly understands the behaviour of the pest and adapts the treatment strategy to the environs accordingly. We were advised that our evasive rodent problem might take a while to rectify but from first inspection to confirmed pest absence was fairly quick and in less time than expected. In a good old fashioned way, payment for the the really good value service provided was only forwarded upon resolution. Really wish we had contacted Elliot sooner

We used the pest company as we had a Mole which was ruining our garden with multiple mole hills. Elliott came round very quickly and left traps under ground, then covered them up so they were not dangerous to children/pets. After a couple of days he returned and had captured the Mole. Excellent quick service and resolved the problem. Would highly recommend.

Elliot came to our home the same day i called to tell him about a particularly nasty wasps nest we had on our garage. He came, gave me some background information, explained the procedure and got right to work. 24hours later, all wasps have gone. Job done. No fuss, no issues, perfect customer service and super efficency. Very fair on value as well. Why cant all trades work to this high calibre? Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

We had an excellent service today from Matt. He questioned us first to make sure they were wasps, possibly saving us the expense of an unnecessary callout, which was very fair of him. Unlike others he promised a same day service, plus he guaranteed his work. To be honest it's only been a few hours and no wasps are going in or out so it looks safe to go back outside. We used Matt early last year to treat a very active wasp nest and it was gone 24 hours after he treated it. After seeing what we thought was Wasp activity again near our patio door area in the brickwork i called him again for help. He came out as promised hours within an hour or so of me calling him and promptly advised us they that infact it was a minor masonry bee problem and that it would be best just to leave them to it as they cause no harm. I felt that we had wasted Matt's time but i appreciated his Honesty and prompt response. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone and should the need arise again for any pest problem i would not hesitate to call him out for help.

He arrived punctually, is clearly very experienced and dealt with this quickly, calmly and efficiently. I also have a problem with grey squirrels locally and he was happy to give me some excellent honest advice about these as well. Overall I was very impressed and would strongly recommend him.

Ash went and above beyond to help us each time we have had an issue (once with mice and another with rats). He clearly loves what he does and is interested in getting to the heart of the problem rather than a quick temporary fix. Had Todd come out for my mother who is disabled was so helpful and informative every step of the way telling her what he was doing and what it would do to the rats. He was so friendly and very reassuring. The receptionist was also really helpful and got us the help my mother needed and explained everything so my mum would understand. We are so impressed by this service that we have received and can’t express are gratitude to them enough. An outstanding service by all and would highly recommend.
