Very professional Clean and tidy In comparison to the other companies I got in contact with they were much more reasonable priced. Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. I had reason to call on North Downs Pest Control recently owing to squirrel movement in the loft. Paul was able to attend the same day & set a trap. He returned two days later to find the squirrel had been successfully trapped. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul's efficient & reliable service.

A professional and rapid response. Turned up exactly on time and was able to deal with a wasp nest in an awkward location. Worth paying for someone who knows what they are doing and has the correct gear to do the job safely.

What a SUPERB service! I called Ben yesterday after 5pm and he turned up today. He came with his gear including ladder and was done and dusted with in 30 mins. His is sure the wasps nest has been exterminated, but would return if it needed a second visit. Very personable guy, ultra professional and incredibly knowledge about the nest! A+++++

Could not recommend Ben enough. He absolutely SAVED us and our flat. Mark was amazing called him and he managed to come next day to inspect the problem. I have rats that are coming from the joining house. He inspected the house fully and discussed with me all the options and what can be done now and in future. As well gave me amazing advices. Will definitely recommend and call again.

Messaged Mark on a Sunday evening after discovering a wasps nest in my houses wall cavity. He responded to me very quickly and set to come round the following day. The nest was quickly dealt with amazing results. I would would highly recommend him to anyone looking for pest control in Guildford.

Cannot recommend enough! After seeing rodent dropping in the attic I called Kevin over for a visit. He was able to come the same day, and gave me full details of any rodent activity in the attic. (Dead wood lice, an old wasps nest and very old rat droppings!) Fantastic news, we didn’t need any rodent treatment, but were able to be at ease. He didn’t take the opportunity to add any unnecessary work and very reasonably priced for the knowledge and work. He also took the opportunity to a quick check in the kitchen for me. 10/10
