Michael was brilliant when we called him in, sorted our wasp problem with no fuss, both inside and outside the house, even though it was very high. Very informative and clearly passionate about what he does. Was also very helpful with advice with another pest problem we had a year later providing helpful advice which was invaluable in sorting it

Michael clearly knows what he's talking about. He was clear, concise and incredibly professional - very knowledgable, and left us with a good understanding of next steps and strategies. His attitude towards his work feels like a really rare thing to find these days, and as busy 30 somethings, it's fantastic to meet someone who really cares about your home and welfare - not just doing it for the cheque at the end. Will absolutely be using again (although hopefully won't need to if you catch my drift)

I would never go anywhere else for my pest control problems. I have had excellent service from this company. Technicians & admin staff are very knowledgeable- polite and friendly The service that had until now had been excellent. Wouldn’t use anyone different. I am going to use them to seal my loft so that squirrels and other predators can no longer enter loft area. They have also helped with mouse infestation - nothing us too much trouble

Sam came out this morning to deal with a very large wasp nest. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns we had. Sam dealt with the nest efficiently. We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.

I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!

I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

George is a rarity for such a trade in this day and age. He is skillful, knowledgeable and as honest as anyone can be. A total gentleman, he left a wonderful personal impression with my wife and I, plus he performed excellent pest control work. Highly recommend

They came out the next day after a quick phone call, dealt with the issue. Liaised with our builder to block the entry so problem solved super quick. Also bonus points for not over charging so the insurance company covered the cost as not above average. Shane visited on all occasions, even tidied up for us. Highly recommend.

Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

Paul quickly and efficantly got our invasion of rats dealt with. He made the whole process extremely efficant and would deffinatly use his services again.

Paul came to my propertie for 2 separate problems the first was rats that are now no more. The second was a mole that was unfortunatly digging under my koi pond. Again this problem was solved in under 48hours the mole was sent packing. On both occasions Paul was fast to respond, extremely proffesional, humane and overall very friendly. I own a pest control business and was looking for a supplier of quality traps in large numbers. Rang Ronin for some mole traps, the advice he offered was brilliant. He supplied the traps quickly and they were exactly as described. He clearly understands mole catching to a very high standard. Not just a salesman who talks the talk he can obviously deal with mole problems quickly and effectively.
