Had these guys come out for a wasp nest in our garden, with one treatment it killed the nest. Person who came round (sorry forgot her name) was really nice and gave advice to keep kids away as well as any dogs for a few hours after. Would definitely use them again if we have any further pest problems

Messaged Mark on a Sunday evening after discovering a wasps nest in my houses wall cavity. He responded to me very quickly and set to come round the following day. The nest was quickly dealt with amazing results. I would would highly recommend him to anyone looking for pest control in Guildford.

Mark was amazing called him and he managed to come next day to inspect the problem. I have rats that are coming from the joining house. Dave was fantastic and reassuring when I had Field Mice in my loft. He explained everything to me clearly and made a plan of action to help. Within 3 days the Mice had gone. Dave came to me same day and his communication for future visits was very good. He also sprayed a "Spider Spray" for me around a very Spider ridden outdoor storage unit I have!! I would use Dave again and would 100% recommend!! 5 STARS

Dave was very helpful. He was quick to come and visit, and offered lots of advise to stop the mouse entering the house. He advised to cut back bushes that were effectively 'ladders'. We did this and the mouse was no longer seen on camera. Very reasonable charges.

Elle replied to my email regarding a wasp nest promptly, providing me with the cost of the work. She was able to send someone the next day. Todd arrived the next day and was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He treated the nest externally and it only took about ten minutes. We used PGH Pest Control to deal with a rodent infestation in our loft. They did a comprehensive review of the property and provided a detailed report. The work involved elimination of the rodents, emptying the loft, removing the old insulation and replacing this after having decontaminated the space. They also detected some woodworm, which they also treated. They repaired parts of the roof and put a one way sleeve in the drain, both of which were measures to prevent further infestation. The work was expertly and professionally led by André. Certificates were provided to show the work had been completed. I would definitely recommend PGH for its end to end process

Andre, James and Emma were superstars! They did a fantastic job cleaning out and boarding our loft. They worked during a heatwave which must have been very unpleasant but with no moans and they just cracked on with the job. Everything was left clean and tidy and they were very careful not to cause any damage internally carrying out debris from the loft during the cleaning up process. We also got some bee-keeping advice! Excellent service. Thank you very much.

Recently heard noises in the loft that sounded like a squirrel was moving around and shredding cardboard to make a nest. I gave North Downs Pest Control a call and Paul was able to come around the next day and set a trap. Somehow the squirrel managed to knock over the trap and set it off without being caught. Paul returned to reset it and the offending squirrel was caught soon after. Paul is a very professional and personable individual who was able to deal with our problem in a prompt and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
