He came that day, did a comprehensive review of the property, identified the problem - mice - and had a solution within half an hour of arriving. Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. Cannot recommend enough! After seeing rodent dropping in the attic I called Kevin over for a visit. He was able to come the same day, and gave me full details of any rodent activity in the attic. (Dead wood lice, an old wasps nest and very old rat droppings!) Fantastic news, we didn’t need any rodent treatment, but were able to be at ease. He didn’t take the opportunity to add any unnecessary work and very reasonably priced for the knowledge and work. He also took the opportunity to a quick check in the kitchen for me. 10/10

Very pleased with the service that James gave me. I had thought I had a rat in my loft and James confirmed and dealt with this professionally. He took time to explain things, was always punctual and was always pleasant to deal with.

What a SUPERB service! I called Ben yesterday after 5pm and he turned up today. He came with his gear including ladder and was done and dusted with in 30 mins. His is sure the wasps nest has been exterminated, but would return if it needed a second visit. Very personable guy, ultra professional and incredibly knowledge about the nest! A+++++

Could not recommend Ben enough. He absolutely SAVED us and our flat.
