There is no doubt that they provide the best locksmith service in Sunderland at the lowest rates and also their emergency locksmith services are very good.I was in an emergency situation and needed a better locksmith expert in less time so I called them and they made new keys for my car within 25 minutes.

I have used affordable locksmith few times over the years. He is always on time, his prices are reasonable too. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I was provided a brilliant service by this company. I managed to lock myself out of my flat as I’d (stupidly) left my keys indoors. Knox Locks were at my place and sorted the problem out within 45 minutes of my initial call to them. Which I thought was superb. Regan was very professional, incredibly quick to sort the problem out, and I was over the moon to get access again so sharply. I can highly recommend this service - it was great and saved the day!

Fantastic service ! I called in the morning and a little later that day I had two perfect keys (I’d broken the only key I had !). I didn’t even have to drive anywhere as Justin came to my work address. A main VW dealer told me I’d have to wait 7-10 days for keys to arrive and then book in to have them programmed. I had an issue with my front door and the handle becoming jammed. Justin came out quickly, diagnosed the issue. We needed a new gearbox and latches. He didn’t have them in stock and ordered them in for the next day. Due to not having it in stock he got our door up to a standard it could be used while we waited for the parts. I would recommend Justin and his team for their timely, polite and thorough work.

We called Locktech after being locked out late at night. Jason quoted a price on the phone and arrived within 20 minutes. He managed to carry out a non-destructive entry on two front doors which was much appreciated. He stayed an extra 30 minutes trying to improve the safety of the door and gave advice, without increasing the quoted price. Very professional, honest and quick. We would recommend immediately.
