W S Locksmith were very helpful, I happened to lovk myself out and withing half an hour of calling them they had already arrived. I like their quick response and set quotations when trying to help out. Very helpful given the timings were at 2 am and they reaponded quickly and helped me get back into my flat. 100% recommend

We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge. I had an issue with my front door and the handle becoming jammed. Justin came out quickly, diagnosed the issue. We needed a new gearbox and latches. He didn’t have them in stock and ordered them in for the next day. Due to not having it in stock he got our door up to a standard it could be used while we waited for the parts.
