What a great service from Nick who came and fitted a new lock that was of a better quality and the right size for the door which my previous wasn't as it stuck out about 8mm inside, and was jamming and getting hard to open. He phoned 15 minutes before arriving. I needed 4 keys, the lock came with 3 so he took one away and was going to cut me another and drop it off the next day, however he dropped it back the same day when going back out to another call as he was passing. A++ Service and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a swift professional service.

What a brilliant shop. Went in with a 1980s Chubb 5 lever deadlock with a badly cut key that jammed rather than unlocking and came away with a rekeyed fully functioning lock with three new keys within about 20 minutes. Definitely recommend if you have a lock problem.

Absolutely fantastic service! The owner went above and beyond, spending a lot of time researching to find the right key code (not sure of the technical term here!), for a very old and quite problematic key, so a challenge, but I now have a new copy and it works perfectly. Previously, I had already tried for 4 months to get this sorted with other key cutters with no luck, so I was very lucky to find this shop. I just bought a replacement window handle from this local shop. It was a little more expensive than the options I’d seen on Amazon, but I had a nice chat with the owners, who also showed me a cheaper Amazon-priced alternative in case I wanted it (I didn’t). Back home & after 60mins of failed DIY, frustration and self-flagellation, I called the shop & spent 10mins on the phone with Paul and he patiently tried to trouble-shoot my problem. No joy there, so he sent his colleague Martin over to my house to install the window handle… & realign the problematic mechanism in my window frame.. Long story short, there are many reasons to shop local, and my experience today at P J Harvey & Co. Ltd. in Morden embodies all of them. I look forward to shopping there again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for their product expertise, service, community spirit & support.

Great old fashioned type of locksmiths. I had an old and obscure door lock and he found me a like for like replacement.

Junior and his Dad were brilliant. Visit 1 was to get me back in, Junior came the next day as his Dad believed there was an issue which meant the locking mechanism would meed replacing. Once he tried the lock several times, added WD40 (or similar) he informed me no replacement was needed! I value his honesty and know several neighbours have used the company and they recommended them in my hour of need! Thanks Laura

Barry was excellent. Arrived really quickly after I’d locked myself out of my house. Barry is a true gent. I was desperate and locked out. I called Key King Locksmith and got Barry on the phone. He was so nice, he put me at ease and told me he would be with me within half an hour. Had a great experience with Rob and Roslin from Swift Locksmiths. We were having an issue with our front door not locking and reached out for their assistance, Rob was able to provide his expert opinion and arranged for his colleague Roslin to visit and help us out. Roslin arrived exactly when agreed and was able to replace a part to get us up and running again in under 30 minutes. He confirmed the costs of remediation works before commencing any replacements and had the necessary parts on hand to resolve the issue. I have no reservations recommending the reliable and efficient service they provide and whilst I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, if I do I know exactly who I’ll be reaching out to.
