I required a late night call-out in Hammersmith for a broken motorbike disc lock. The attending locksmith arrived within 10 minutes of my call and set about removing it. True local 5 star service. The on-site visit for a non-emergency lock repair arranged within a few hours, provided reasonable estimate and did exactly the required amount of work. There was no pressure to upgrade or change the locks. On the second occasion, two years later, exactly the same great experience: another faulty lock that turned out to be more complicated to fix, required more work and different spare parts, but it was a breeze.

Had a broken lock to the Upvc toilet window and AL came on the Friday, part was ordered-delivered and installed on the Tuesday. Excellent communicator over the phone and has given us good advice on future care and adjusting ourselves. Pricing could have been a little clearer but nothing that would stop us recommending and or using again. Now our local goto locksmith!

Livesaver! We got locked outside our house with a key stuck in the lock inside. We first called a different company that almost immediately recommended changing the lock. Luckily I had spoken to Two Brother Locksmiths who confidently confirmed that they could do it without needing to change the lock. Geoff arrived within 15 minster after my call and put his soul into helping me. We were both so pleased that after his hard work he was indeed able to open the door with no drilling or changing of lock. I could not be happier and he was actually the nicest person. Barry saved me from a pickle. Tried to change my key barrel myself and destroyed my front door. Called Barry who arrived within 90 mins and sorted my door out all within a reasonable price which was agreed on the phone. Not a lot of emergency lock smiths that don’t try and squeeze some extra money out of you. Would recommend him for his professionalism and work.

Was recommended to Chiswick Security for changing a sticking Yale lock. This was done quickly and efficiently and the locksmith gave us very helpful advice on other issues. We then commissioned Harry to remodel our letterbox - again done promptly and well, and when a slight glitch was discovered remedial action was taken very swiftly. Cannot commend too highly.

Harry did a brilliant job at fixing my emergency lock issue for my balcony door. He quoted a fixed price after asking for a video and arrived 35mins later. He explained what he was doing clearly, fixed the problem and them spent some time trying to help resolve other small problems. Very polite, and he also cleaned up after himself. Colin was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He fitted us in promptly for an assessment and then for the actual work, which was done swiftly and with a minimum of fuss. We needed a general overhaul of our home security and he gave us great advice; we were also considering window bars as we live in a basement flat, but were not keen on the idea of feeling like we were in prison so wanted to make it as attractive a feature as possible. Colin took from designs we liked and from the general look of our place and came up with an original design that we like so much we kind of prefer it to no bars! Definitely not something I'd ever thought I'd be saying. Great company, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience with Mihai at SMS Locksmith. Rang at 5.50pm to book in to get my locks replaced, as a non urgent call out, they said they would be with me within 30 mins if that worked for me.
