If you need a locksmith, these are definitely the guys to call. A door in my home was stuck shut and it wouldn't budge no matter what I tried. I was nervous about calling anybody out to help, after being ripped off in the past. However, there was nothing to worry about with Luke and Arthur, who were professional and efficient at their job. Luke was my first contact, and he was very friendly and helpful. He explained that he was not in the area, but his colleague was, and may be able to come and help. Arthur then rang me and arranged to come by (on his day off). He arrived quickly, and he managed to get the door open, for a very reasonable price. Arthur was a lovely, friendly guy who was efficient at his job, and took his time to talk to me afterwards. If I ever needed a locksmith in the future (touchwood I won't), then I would not hesitate to call top lock technicians! They provide an amazing service and they are honest and reliable. They are not out to take advantage or rip people off like other locksmiths that I have encountered previously. Thank you guys.

Barry is a true gent. I was desperate and locked out. I called Key King Locksmith and got Barry on the phone. He was so nice, he put me at ease and told me he would be with me within half an hour. True to his word he turned up on time, got me into my house with no problems and then changed all my locks as I had stupidly lost my keys. I would recommend Key King Locksmiths to anyone.

Barry saved me from a pickle. Tried to change my key barrel myself and destroyed my front door. Called Barry who arrived within 90 mins and sorted my door out all within a reasonable price which was agreed on the phone. Had a great experience with Rob and Roslin from Swift Locksmiths. We were having an issue with our front door not locking and reached out for their assistance, Rob was able to provide his expert opinion and arranged for his colleague Roslin to visit and help us out. Roslin arrived exactly when agreed and was able to replace a part to get us up and running again in under 30 minutes. He confirmed the costs of remediation works before commencing any replacements and had the necessary parts on hand to resolve the issue. I have no reservations recommending the reliable and efficient service they provide and whilst I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, if I do I know exactly who I’ll be reaching out to.

I can absolutely see why there's the 5 star rating. We had a door which suddenly stopped locking (to be fair it had been stiff for some time). They were thorough covering multiple steps to resolve problems and absolutely went above and beyond. Issue resolved and the door feels way better than when it was installed. Very highly recommended.

We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge. We contacted John about a broken uPVC door lock and 15 minutes later he was with us getting it fixed! Key wouldn’t go into the front door lock rendering us locked out. Called LochTech up (after hoisting my partner over the back gate to get us in 😂) very late the night before Good Friday after phoning various other locksmith companies to no avail, and Jason said he’d be over within half an hour. As promised arrived and replaced the lock barrel super quickly with no fuss. Lovely, friendly guy who the dogs also loved (always a good sign), would absolutely recommend!
