Paul did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations in every way. What I thought was going to be a simple job turned out to have multiple hiccups along the way but Paul had a solution every time and made sure that anything we needed to do didn’t compromise on the end result and finish. Pawel went above and beyond while building our gorgeous alcove cupboards and shelves. He was thoughtful, kind and very hardworking, tidying up at the end of everyday and working around our crazy schedule of juggling house renovations with a 6 month old baby. Could not recommend him enough.

It is very difficult to find good builders and carpenters who produce work to a high standard and deliver on time. I was so very lucky to get a recommendation for James of ANG Carpenters and Building Services. From start to end James’ communication skills are second to none! I have never come across a carpenter/builder who always responds to phone calls and messages so promptly. I wanted some carpentry work done in my house and James came with 2 of his team. Ricky is an amazing carpenter and a real asset to ANG Carpenters and Building Services. My only regret is that I did not find this Company sooner. Carpentry finished to a high standard, no matter how small the job, involves carrying out advanced skilled work with an eye to detail, and also having the ability to think outside the box to achieve the desired result. this company was recommended by several people and I can now see why. From start to end of my shop renovation they were amazing at communicating and making sure everything we wanted was done to the highest standard with perfection. believe me when I say I am very fussy, so they put up with a lot of questions and me checking up on them and they were patient and understanding… I’m so please with the final outcome and from Thinking it would never happen they brung my dreams to life.

After months of trying to find a decent carpenter (they were either too expensive or kept replying late and changing their quotes etc) I turned to Google and came across James from ANG carpenter. After seeing excellent reviews I contacted him looking to create custom built cabinets/entertainment unit. James responded back promptly and came over to check out the space and after discussing what we wanted he came back couple days later and started work with his team. It was all very smooth and easy. James and his whole team were all extremely friendly and most importantly professional. The best part for me was the attention to detail as I was very particular about what I wanted. He met all my requirements and even gave me some good advice regarding the build along the way. They built the unit on site so I could check at every step if I was happy with it and if I wasn’t they were happy to adjust it along the way! 10/10 service, would definitely recommend!

We got in touch with Toby having followed his work on social media. We had reached the end of a large renovation project and needed some bespoke carpentry items to fit some quirky spaces - fitted ‘open style’ wardrobes in our dresser maximising space, converting a strange shower cupboard in my daughter’s bedroom into some huge storage cupboards (making good the surrounding area), building corner bookshelves in my husband’s study. And creating a storage unit to hide our TV/Console items! On initial meeting, Toby took time to understand our requirements, creating excellent drawings which brought these to life. I got to select the finish in farrow & ball paint to match our rooms, they look fabulous! The products were made and installed with great efficiency. Toby and his team were perfectionists on site and didn’t complete the project until they/us were 100% happy. We would highly recommend his services.

Toby designed and fitted some beautiful cupboards for us. We Have been using them for 6 months now, can tell the quality is good- absolutely no problems. Brilliant communication and also allowed us to change the design (from shaker style to a more traditional finish) at last minute which didn’t affect the final quote.

Toby has done further work for us adding hooks mounted on oak to the back of a door. Super job again. Toby did a top job, replacing all our bedroom doors. We're very pleased with the doors and the quality of the work is excellent. We will definitely use Militao again when we need bespoke carpentry completed.

I cannot recommend G&J Bespoke Joinery highly enough. I had initially engaged them to create a custom work bench with wood panelling and they did a splendid job. Everyone who has since seen it has been very impressed. They are also great in coming up with ideas for the space. They have since built me a custom dining table and are in the process of building me some shelves for the kitchen. Not only are they very very good at what they do, they are also very helpful and friendly. 100% recommend!

We recently had a banquette bench fitted by Martin and Hugo, they did an amazing job. We love the bench, it’s beautifully yet practical. I highly recommend these guys, they were so easy to work with from start to finish.

From the first enquiry to the fitting, the guys have been incredible, super kind, super accommodating and helpful. Had a dining corner bench and bedroom headboard with integrated LED lighting made from a design provided by an interior designer. G&J provided suggestions to improve the original design and executed a perfect installation over two days of hard work. I really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness/ability to make last minute adjustments while fitting, including cutting holes for electric plugs exactly where I wanted them. They also helped finding an electrician for the job which was ideal as they work often together and I was able to get everything exactly as I wanted. I would give 6 stars if possible!

Jim created a fantastic bespoke built-in bookcase for us. We are really happy with the results and the ladder is a great touch. Jim was really helpful in talking us through the options. He was able to size up and quote us on a single visit. He installed the final product in three days, a little over a month after his first visit. The results have added so much to the room. Highly recommend Jim, as he provided a high quality service at a competitive price compared to other options available.

Luke did an excellent job of fixing a new internal door and realigning another door that was not closing properly. Luke also helped fix a pillar in the porch area as well as mounting security devices in my home. We are very pleased with the quality of Luke's work, his friendliness and willingness to take on last minute requests, all at reasonable rates. We hope to use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Focus Carpentry (Luke) are a fantastic little Gem of a tradesperson to keep in your armoury. Luke communicated well with us throughout the duration of his work and it was completed, on time and on budget (his prices were well bellow competitive quotes). Luke is a master of his trade in my opinion. He cared about the works that he did for us and was a pleasure to have around the house I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Luke and the services that he provides. 3 Perfectly sized and finished doors for an understairs application. We supplied a rough sketch, which was converted to CAD and then manufactured and sprayed to perfection. Very professional from start to finish.
