We've used Steve for lot's of jobs over the years, he is a great carpenter, work is brilliant. He has fitted our kitchen, installed decking, laid laminate flooring, replaced damaged worktops and just finished rebuilding a fitted wardrobe for me. Steve is really good at what he does and a nice person too, would always recommend him to anyone......July 2023, Steve has just renewed all the fencing at the front of my property, he has done a fabulous job and worked really hard after finding a wall under one piece of ground, he is one of the nicest people to have do work for you, again would highly recommend him

Steve recently fitted a U shaped Sheraton kitchen in Spitfire blue, with white worktops. The result is perfection and he was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole project. He is a highly skilled carpenter, and I would definitely recommend him.

Graham works professionally, is very capable, and a true craftsman. He carefully discussed the work, explained what he was doing and why. He put in alot of thought and preparation into the job even before he turned up. He cleaned up thoroughly after he had finished each day. For us, he has hung 6 new doors, renovated an airing cupboard and cladded our staircase in oak, with new balustrades. It looks stunning now it is finished. Very happy 😃😃

Graham did a range of work for us including reflooring the loft plus a new loft ladder, supplying and fitting four new internal doors, creating new understairs storage ( cupboards and draws) and a large coat cupboard. We were very happy with the communication from beginning to end and the quality of the work and the overall finish.

Graham has been a pleasure to deal with. He is always on time and keeps you informed by telephone when necessary. The work at my house was quite small, just a new bath side to be fitted and a garage doorframe repair, but everything was done perfectly and the house was left clean and tidy after he had finished. Graham made a bespoke wardrobe over the stair bulkhead and was happy to make last minute changes to the design. He also changed the handrail on the landing, looks amazing. Graham is professional, efficient, clean and tidy. Will definitely use again.

I'm a landlord of several properties in Lincoln and use A S Development (Andy) for any and all the work which needs doing on the houses. Big jobs or small he's always provided an excellent service, recently re-fitting an entire bathroom to a superb standard. This included re-building part of the wall and floor, plumbing, tiling and installing a new suite. Andy is very easy to communicate with and very responsive to phone calls and emails. Andy was recommended to us as we were looking to completely renovate our Kitchen, Utility Room and Cloakroom.. Andy and his team did an excellent job with nothing being too much trouble. Our experience with Radial was fantastic from start to finish! Ian is a perfectionist and meticulously went over every design element with us across multiple home visits to ensure the final outcome was exactly what we wanted. His knowledge and advice was invaluable as was his problem solving skills. Our project was large scale and included tricky aspects such as concealing a projector screen that comes down from the ceiling, and colour matching to the walls. Nothing was too much for Ian and Rachel, both were so helpful to make sure the whole process went smoothly- providing drawings showing exactly where our new sockets should be for our electrician to follow, checking which cables needed to be where so they could all be hidden but easily accessed and working out a very clever solution for our projector screen. We absolutely love the addition to our lounge, a total transformation! The workmanship and attention to detail is immaculate, all was built off site and fitted in a day. We look forward to working with Ian again on future projects- thank you so much!

The job we needed doing was to replace the rotted ‘decking’ plank tops to the raised beds in our garden. We also needed a ‘railway sleeper’ step replacing alongside. The beds are three to four meters square and there are four so not a small task. Radial Joinery gave us a competitive quote and got on with the job. Although the job sounds simple it was actually quite complicated requiring mitre joints at the corners. They also need to be fixed soundly, as the tops of the raised beds are designed to be sat on and, sometimes, stood on. We also had small additional work for radial to do whilst they we there. It turned out to be a ‘full on’ days work for Ian and his assistant – the finished job was excellent in all aspects. The old, rotten decking planks were taken away by Radial and they vacuumed the sawdust away in all areas of their work. Altogether, a great job - well done

Radial Joinery recently completed supply and install of 11 internal doors for me.The process was painless with good efficient response making sure we were completely happy with our choice’s. From ABCPM Ltd of Farnham Greg has been a great help to our project. We had a complicated bathroom joinery installation, including a vanity unit and basin combination that had not been done before. Whilst providing guidance and recommendations, Greg's 'can-do' attitude and willingness to try and achieve our vision was very refreshing and made the whole experience less stressful than it might have been otherwise. Greg understands how personal a residential project is and also the significance of the expenditure to the homeowner. His patience and understanding that the plan needed to be talked through at length in advance of actually doing the work was much appreciated. Greg has just completed an excellent unit for my study, comprising of a well designed cupboard and open bookcase, along with renovating 2 wardrobes. Really good experience. It was great to find a well established company that was not only prepared to take on a small bespoke job, but did quality work and was also reasonably priced. They treated us, and the job, with respect and professionalism. The job itself was building a bespoke hallway cupboard which they did really nicely. It looks great and fits perfectly in the space.

Richard and his team were great when we called them up to repair some rotting timbers on our 400yr old cottage! They took everything on their stride and kept us informed every step. They were clean and tidy, and completed the job on time and budget. Richard also returned at short notice a few weeks later when we found another very rotten timber. All work was carried out to an exceptional standard and blends in with the original wall perfectly. Highly recommended, and worth waiting for.

We recently hired Rick to fit our new kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with the result! We were left in a bad situation by one of the leading kitchen suppliers, who stripped out the old kitchen and then stopped work, leaving us without any kitchen facilities. We contacted Rick and he quickly put a plan together and started work promptly. We were worried we wouldn’t have a kitchen before Christmas 2024, but Rick went above and beyond to make sure that wasn’t the case! All work was completed to the highest standards and he solved any issues, with great solutions and collaboration, to complete the fitting on time and to budget. On a personal note Rick and the team, Tom and Darren, were great to have working in the house, super friendly and courteous. We work from home and they always made sure to work around us when we were in. They were always very considerate in regards to noise, cleanliness etc. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire Rick again and in fact have scheduled further works throughout this year. Would give more stars if possible!

Yet another amazing transformation by Rick. From under used utility to very much needed craft room with customized storage. Rick took my sketch and brought it to life, on time and in budget. Cannot wait for future projects Highly recommended. Very experienced and professional contractor. Communication from quote to fit was excellent and constant. Turned up on time every day, he organised all additional trades and manged them for us. Through out the project Rick could see design issues before the arose, he had practical solutions and worked really hard to give us the kitchen we wanted. In fact what he gave us surpassed our expectations. We cannot believe the difference. The whole project went smoothly, on time and to budget. Rick is very skilled, very professional and goes above an beyond to please. Would not hesitate to recommend for any type of installation project. We had nine new internal doors installed recently. We are very pleased with the finished work. Following the installation of a new bathroom last year, we had a problem with closing the door. Rick came up with a great way to overcome this issue and along with the lovely replacement door, it works really well. Rick is friendly and hard working and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
