Ryan was recommended to us, and he certainly lived up to that recommendation. There were 6 of us in the block and he completed all the new fire door installations very efficiently, with patience and friendliness. He gave us good advice re requirements and kept in touch during the whole process of ordering right through to installation. Thoroughly recommend Ryan.

Ryan and Lewis did a fantastic job installing two new interior doors, adjusting four others, and adjusting, draughtproofing and installing a new lock on the front door. Ryan has a great reputation and is in high-demand, so lead times before work starts can be long. However, once the team starts work they are tidy and efficient and the work is high quality. We had one follow-up issue with the front door being too tight, and Ryan returned to fix the problem within two days of contact. Overall fantastic service and highly recommend.

I found Orchard Carpentry via Trust a Trader website. Ryan communicates extremely well and has over delivered on the quality of the projects I asked for. Ryan provides a thoughtful and detailed service, considering all issues and resolving. He produced custom made shelving for two rooms and his attention to detail is second to none. My wife and I are very happy indeed. The price was very fair too, not cheap but not expensive. We will be using Ryan for our kitchen refit, within the next few months, as well as any other carpentry requirements. I wholeheartedly recommend Orchard Carpentry.

I asked Ryan to install a shed, what he did was above and beyond the call of duty, he removed two tons of soil and a load of other trash. Installed a perfect shed on an imperfect base, negotiated wonderfully with a tenant and project managed a waste collection job. Honestly I should have paid him more. He’s brilliant.

Neil is diligent, professional and very adaptable. He works hard and takes great pride in the end result. He built complicated bespoke wardrobes for our master bedroom and walk in wardrobe. We were so pleased we then added 2 further bedroom given the great job he had done

Challenge Neal with any space and he'll make a brilliant unit or cupboard to fit! Highly recommend, especially for shoe storage when it's impossible to find the right unit anywhere else. Reasonably priced, efficient, courteous and very professional. You can't really go wrong!

We first employed Neil to build a bespoke storage unit in our utility room. Neil was fantastic. He was great at translating our ideas into paper and worked quickly and efficiently. We were so happy with the work, we asked him to build bespoke wardrobes for our master and second bedroom. He has done a brilliant job and the end product exceeded our expectations. Laszlo installed new engineered wood flooring, releveled floor in one room, changed skirting boards and installed new doors for us. He did a great job, especially with the bay window and considering all doors needed adjusting due to the age of the building. Laszlo is on time, polite and tidy! He takes great care and pride in his work and we will use him again in future!

We asked Laszlo to repair our windowsill, repaint front of the house and clean pvc. We’d never used him before but decided to after seeing the good reviews. He first came round to visit the house to discuss the plan. I liked his attitude and clarity. He then came back in a few weeks when he was next free. True to his word he took 2 days to complete the job. It was done to a very high quality standard, we’re really pleased with his work. It was also a reasonable price. Very personable and good communication. So satisfying when you find a carpenter / handyman who you can trust. Will definitely use Laszlos services in the future. 5 stars. Thanks!

Lazlo did a fantastic job fitting our new kitchen and we are very happy with the result. He was able to finish the job in a very short time, working even in the weekends. His skills and experience were incredibly valuable and we trusted his advice all along the way. We have been using Lazlo on other project and we are definitely planning on using his services for other work on the house.

Tom was first recommended to us by a local kitchen company as one of their best carpenters. He fitted our new kitchen which looked fantastic. Tom then laid a new wooden floor throughout the dining and sitting rooms. Once again all laid with precision. Tom has come back this year to put in a new kitchen worktop and prep, screed, and lay kitchen floor plus fit new skirting boards. Tom is a very personable young man works extremely hard and we will use Tom every time.

I couldn’t recommend Tom more he was excellent. We are very happy with our kitchen extension. He was Organised reliable tidy and his workmanship and attention to detail were amazing. Definitely wouldn’t be using anyone else if another project comes up. 140

Tom and his guys were superb for us. Great communication and always on top of things. Real professionals but also very personable. We are so pleased with everything Tom has done in our home. Tom has now led the refurbishment of our kitchen, diner, hallway, utility, downstairs shower room, main bedroom, en-suite and family bathroom. There’s never any nonsense and we enjoy having him around. We tried someone else when Tom wasn’t available and got badly burned. We can’t wait to work with him on our next round! If I were to describe Tom’s approach to my home renovations I would describe him as inclusive, having great communication skills, proactive, (particularly important when as is often the case, a couple of unpredicted issues arose), approachable & open to discussing options when needed & incredibly professional. The standard of work was high & the finish is faultless. My kitchen was not entirely standard off the shelf construction, but was finished beautifully. I would have no hesitation asking Tom to carry out work on my home in the future or recommending him to others. It can be a daunting prospect embarking on a build but I was confident with the choice I made & had no misgivings at any stage. Tom is a gem!!

Really good experience. It was great to find a well established company that was not only prepared to take on a small bespoke job, but did quality work and was also reasonably priced. They treated us, and the job, with respect and professionalism. The job itself was building a bespoke hallway cupboard which they did really nicely. It looks great and fits perfectly in the space.

Richard and his team were great when we called them up to repair some rotting timbers on our 400yr old cottage! They took everything on their stride and kept us informed every step. They were clean and tidy, and completed the job on time and budget. Richard also returned at short notice a few weeks later when we found another very rotten timber. All work was carried out to an exceptional standard and blends in with the original wall perfectly. Highly recommended, and worth waiting for.

Dan built a bespoke doorframe and fitted a door for the opening to our new extension. I am so happy with the team from Woodology. They have replaced all interior doors and doorframes, skirting boards and bannister for the stairs. Everything looks amazing. They have been easy to deal with and very professional and communication has been clear and timely. Charlie has led the work at the house and he has been a pleasure to have in the house and he is clearly very passionate about his work. I haven't written a review online in a long time, but after using Woodology, I thought I'd take some time out to comment on my experience using them. We have recently moved into a new build property and had new carpets fitted, but the fitters took all our doors off and couldn't put them back on as there wasn't enough clearance once installed. Moving in that weekend, I was desperate for a carpenter to ease my doors. I found Woodology online and called them up and by sheer luck, they were available that same afternoon! When they arrived, they were very polite and professional. Just really nice down to earth chaps. They were tidy, well mannered and they were clearly highly skilled as their workmanship was first class! They did an excellent job in next to no time at all. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. In fact, I have some units that I would like bespokley made, so I will be back in touch soon.

We are absolutely thrilled with the bespoke wardrobe that Louis and his team built for us in a challenging space with many angles. The transformation of the room is remarkable, and we couldn’t be happier. Louis is incredibly easy to work with; nothing is too much trouble for him, and his communication skills are excellent, which is quite rare these days! He was always punctual, and the quality of the work is outstanding. We have no hesitation in recommending Woodology and are already planning to use Louis’ services for our next project, wood decking in the garden.

Mark recently transformed three bathrooms for us. Meticulous attention to detail both in preparation work and final finish. Mark was able to complete everything in a short timescale and was very accommodating when we changed our minds on a couple of things. We would recommend him with no hesitation and he is coming back next year to build us some wardrobes.

Mark has just done a complete refurb of our bathroom and we are over the moon with how it has turned out. At long last I have a bathroom I can be proud of and with no pipes in sight. He has done an excellent job, couldn't be happier. We will be using Mark again in the new year to do some updating in our Kitchen. Mark recently replaced our kitchen and has done a number of other jobs - like securing floorboards and fixing curtain and coat rails. He worked neatly and got it all completed in time for us to move in. I am very happy with what he has done and would definitely recommend him.
