Geoff and his team have done three beautiful projects for my garden design business. They deliver beautiful quality work and show a deep understanding of hard and soft landscaping along with the installation of complex features such as outdoor kitchens, gas firepits and automated pergolas. Sage have looked after my Garden for 8 years, both in terms of maintenance and re-design including installation of new lawns, hedges, and paving. The Sage team have done a fantastic job of our replacement fencing. They worked very hard to overcome some very challenging ground conditions and have erected some really good quality, great looking panels with concrete posts and gravel boards. Highly recommended.

I was fortunate to come across these guys after being ripped off by another contractor (P&M Landscapes).Darren was very understanding and asked for no money upfront to do our patio. From an uninspiring blank canvas which was our new build garden (undulating poor quality lawn from fence to fence), Sally listened to want we would like from the space, how we wanted to use it and the plants we liked. She translated our thoughts and preferences perfectly into a lovely garden which we will enjoy for many years. Sally is talented and very knowledgable about plants and trees, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her.

Sally gave us super advice for what plants would work well in our front garden. We had already had a go ourselves, but ended up with empty plant beds and big gaps due to frost and bugs eating up our plants. Sally took into account what was already there, what would work in that space and the look we were going for. The document with suggestions, ‘the snippet’, is very extensive and contains all the info you need to make your decision. Highly recommend!

We called up Sally after finishing our landscaping project, armed with a planting plan from a different company a few years back. As the work went on, things shifted, and we found ourselves adjusting our plans a bit. Even though we had an idea of the style and vibe we wanted for our garden, we were a bit uncertain about how to bring it all together. Frances & Rob completely transformed our garden. They worked with us to create a design we were happy with and then did the back breaking work taking our hillside unusable scrubland into a stunning garden we love! Visitors to the house comment on our stunning garden so hats off to Frances and Rob. The patio, stone steps and state of art decking are particularly worth recognition. They were also a delight to work with.

My garden has been completely transformed into a rustic haven once 1 to One Garden Design set to work on my patio, pond and path. Rob and Frances have really good ideas and they are very methodical with attention to detail. They are very tidy workers and always cleared up after each day’s work.
