Ross and his team from The Garden Tamer have been doing garden maintenance for me for years. Ross is reliable, knowledgeable and professional. He's also carried out larger pieces of work such as replacing a patio and clearing an overgrown garden at a rental property and more recently driveway works where I live now. All works completed well and on time: would recommend!

Ross and his team have done work at our house on more than one occasion now. From clearing overgrown shrubs to putting in a new fence, nothing was too much bother and all work was carried out within timescales and completely professionally. Trisha and James did a wonderful job in my not large but rather ‘busy’ garden, working hard and taking care of my first concern by removing bindweed from one bed and discussing solutions and generally tidying up other areas. I love the fact that Trisha is very sympathetic to wildlife friendly gardens and look forward to a continuing relationship where, as on their first visit, Nectar Gardens put my mind at rest about being unable to cope completely on my own in future with what I have created in my (younger) past.

Nectar Gardens are the creators and maintainers of my bespoke garden that I have enjoyed tremendously, within the limitations of dimensions, site, climate change and cost. This they have achieved, in my experience, over the last 7 years. It has been a joy to watch the transformation of the original garden into its current dazzling form .The garden has a life of its own that fits within its surroundings and contributes to the good of the environment. Ben and Paul did an amazing job transforming our garden. They built decking, cleared an old patio and re-turfed the lawn. They even came back on a Saturday to finish it off. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Ben came to do a few jobs for me, he was so good i asked him back, he has now done my decking, a whole children's play area, which looks fantastic. From an uninspiring blank canvas which was our new build garden (undulating poor quality lawn from fence to fence), Sally listened to want we would like from the space, how we wanted to use it and the plants we liked. She translated our thoughts and preferences perfectly into a lovely garden which we will enjoy for many years. We called up Sally after finishing our landscaping project, armed with a planting plan from a different company a few years back. Green Roots have completely transformed our former, very tired and uneven garden by their complete redesign. We trusted their advice and guidance, giving them carte blanche on all plants and shrubs. We are extremely happy with the finished result where Ollie and his team were highly professional!

We called this project, Heather's garden dream! As you can see from the 'before' and 'after' photos, that is what was achieved. We recently had Surrey Heath Landscaping over to level our lawn and create a children's play area. It was a great experience! The guys were always professional, on time and tidy. We were very happy with the rebuilt garden walls this company provided in our large garden. The larger project required removal of a long retaining wall and the new one is a strong double wall with the outer one shaped and pointed to an excellent finish. The service from design to execution was first class.

Loreto and his team have been looking after our garden for over 2 years and always do a fantastic job. Nothing is too much trouble and he’s always on hand for advice. Our garden looks beautiful all year around. We partially love our stripy lawns.

In October 2023 we decided that we would like to have a garden watering system installed, that would not only do our flower beds but lawn too. I looked on various websites and LG Pro Landscaping had some of the best reviews I had seen thus far. I called Loreto and he came over to give us a quote. He also said that we could include the two massive 1200 litre water butts that we had previously installed down the side of the house, to provide whatever water they held. They were very busy…always a good sign, but hopefully could start the job at the beginning of December dependent on the weather. They were true to their word and during the second week in December they turned up at 08.00 and quickly started removing the old bumpy lawn, having notified us before. Once the lawn had been removed they could do nothing more until the irrigation people came in to set up the system, which they did very quickly. The pipes were laid every 30cms throughout the lawn and a different type of pipe was laid in the flower beds. It all looked very neat indeed. Come rain or shine they turned up, cheerful and happy and I would bring them out a cup of coffee every hour to keep them warm on the very cold days that followed. At the end of the day, before they left they would always leave the site clean and tidy, clearing up stray leaves that might have fallen and any mud that was present on the patio or paths. For us it was a very happy time as we had had the experience of some really awful builders the year before so Loreto and his crew absolutely restored our trust in human nature and the goodness thereof. The weather then got really cold so much so that the turf could not be laid. However they still came to lay a new layer of good quality top soil so that it was ready for the turf when it was finally warm enough to be ordered and put down. As you will see by the photographs, they even managed to lay our lawn with the stripes that we strive to achieve when we are mowing! A lovely and thoughtful touch I thought. We also asked Loreto if he could fix our driveway which was made un-level by the builders. They had constituently overloaded the skip so that when it came time for its removal the bricks were compressed down. This meant that we had a persistent puddle forming around the drain and also a tip hazard (both my husband and I are not in the prime of our youth and this can happen). Loreto did a fantastic job again. In fact it was even better than it had been originally! In summary, I would recommend LG Pro Landscaping to EVERYONE who wants their chosen gardener to turn up when they say they will, take MASSIVE pride in there work and are friendly and pleasant to work with. They really do go above and beyond for their clients! Thank you Loreto and your crew, for all the work you did on our behalf, it was the first time we had used your expertise but it certainly won’t be the last!

Loreto and his team took a very tired and uncared for garden in a mid terrace property and created an oasis of tranquility and a garden that will be enjoyed.
