Carl designed our garden for us, taking it from a neglected new build strip of grass to a landscaped space that we now use all the time in warmer weather. He was helpful, responsive and reliable from the start of the project, from the design phase to landscaping to planting. Since the work was finished he has also been a great sounding board / support for any queries we've had. Would definitely recommend!

We have worked with Carl over the last few months to help come up with a concept and design for our tiered property. It has been a pleasant and easy experience - he has been knowledgeable, trustworthy and seemingly reasonable at each step along the way. His guidance has been much appreciated, so we are moving forward with his services to actually complete the work which will start this spring. Will post an updated review once complete. UPDATE: In March and April, Carl and his team worked to put the garden design into reality. We had our fence reinforced with cement pillars, our deck updated, our garden flattened a bit more with some natural steps added in and turf overlayed, a custom bench put in and planting modified & improved. Our property is particularly challenging because it is tiered and on a slope, but Carl & team were so diligent and hard working to accomplish all parts of the project agreed to (and more!). Incredibly reliable, good communication and excellent quality work. Thank you Carl!

Levelpoint were scheduled to re-lay our front drive and garden. Cam, Sam and Ed arrived on schedule. They worked hard and cleaned up afterwards. Just completed my garden transformation project and I want to give a shout out to Cam and his team. They showed great teamwork. The garden is now tidy and well-organised. Our main challenge was the uneven ground, but luckily, Cam offered several solutions to make it more functional. We didn’t have much knowledge about the process, so we shared our ideas, and Cam thoughtfully considered them, sharing his expertise on feasibility and making adjustments to ensure everything worked. The patio looks great, and the artificial grass has significantly reduced our workload. We plan to add a few of our favorite plants later to make the garden greener and more lively. I'm so glad we got this done before winter!

We sought a garden designer who would be able to meet quite specific needs in our brief, and who could create a unique garden for us. From the first meeting, Raine proved to be that individual, listening carefully to our requirements and producing a design that met every specification. She was both amiable and approachable, and brought subtle ideas and suggestions into the design, which met the brief exactly. The different zones in the garden work very well and offer places to sit, dine, enjoy company, or simply be indolent in the Summer sunshine. Strong vertical and horizontal lines produce interesting shadows, while the planting is subtle, softening the harder structures. Raine has given us everything we asked for, and we’re extremely pleased with the result. It’s a garden that’s very different from any in the locality, and draws constant admiration from visitors. We are delighted clients.

We moved into our dream house five years ago but whilst the house was perfect, the garden was a real disappointment for me - an awkward L shape with various slopes. On Raine’s first visit, she was keen to understand our vision for the garden before suggesting any ideas of her own. She was also cognisant of my desire to do as much of the work as possible. Raine identified the need to open up the rear of our kitchen in order to integrate the new garden with our home and was keen that we do this first, even if it meant delaying the start of the garden project. Raine's knowledge of garden design and her way with people are really quite extraordinary. Our garden was unloved, lacking soul and not a space we could enjoy as a family. Raine helped us with our garden project after completing the design work in 2023. Ben and his team at Blue Lotus Landscaping did an amazing job on our garden. From the very start Ben was very polite, professional and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He talked through all the stages and what plants would work best and where, but more importantly he listened to what vision we wanted and put our mind at ease. He sourced all the trees/plants and the garden now looks amazing. couldn't recommend Ben and Blue Lotus any higher. Dealing with Ben has been easy and he is exactly what we were looking for. So many firms now are just maintenance with no actual garden knowledge, whereas Ben is incredibly knowledgeable, as well as great at covering the maintenance jobs too.
