I arranged for Stuart to come and fit a new shower as my old one had given up. He arrived on time and replaced my old shower and redirected the water feed which made a lovely tidy job. We had a major leak and rang Apex to help with tracing & fixing the leak, due to very good Google reviews. Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it. Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ‘5h17’, while he was busy with other work.

We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

Friendly and efficient service from Sam and his team. Reasonable quote and well explained at every step of a boiler replacement requiring relocation and significant replumbing. There were some hitches on the way due to the age of the central heating system, but nothing to stop the guys getting the job done in a day. There was one minor issue needing Sam back but that was dealt with quickly and apologetically. We've not had the greatest of experiences with plumbers historically, but would thoroughly recommend Sam for any scale of work required.

We have used Sam for a couple of years now, for several jobs. Last major job was to replace 7 old radiators with new, modern ones. Sam has always been great. Gets the job done, with no fuss and at a good price. He is always tidy and thoughtful. And a lovely guy. Highly recommended, with no hesitation.

Today we had all of the gas pipes in our home replaced and rerouted by Sam. This was not a small job, lifting floor etc! I was really impressed with the work that Sam did but also how he did it! He was clean and tidy throughout the whole day cleaning up after himself as he moved from one area in the house to the other! He also completed the work on time and budget as we agreed. Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.
