Neil and Jordan installed our new water tank, hot water cylinder and boiler on two of the hottest days of the year. Both of them are efficient and professional. The work was carried out with no fuss and tools and mess were cleared up quickly at every stage.

Neil and Jordan worked nonstop during a freezing cold day to fit our new boiler, new pump and undertake a power flush. All working well and looks great (well, as great as a new boiler can look!). Very neat job and all left tidy.

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

I've used Attimo Plumbing & Heating 3 times in the last 12 months. Once to install a new central heating boiler, replace a faulty central heating timer and most recently to fix a radiator not heating up + a leaking toilet. Every time, the service has been excellent from Matt. I would definitely recommend Matt and Attimo to any one.

Found Darren online after searching for someone to fix our hot water pressure issue. Darren was able to narrow the problem down prior to attending and we were able to order the service kit in preparation for his visit in order to achieve a first time fix. Darren arrived on time and was polite and professional throughout his visit. Upon completion of his work he explained to me what he had done, what each component was called and why he replaced it. WE have used Darran for many years and he always does a first class job. His most recent job was to service our boiler which he did in his usual efficient manner. We were lucky enough to find these guys to help when we couldn't get our central heating working this year. They came out promptly and Saj spent hours accurately diagnosing the problem. He was determined to stay until he m ew what the issue was. We needed a new part which was ordered promptly and as soon as it arrived Saj and a colleague were back to install it and ensure that the boiler was working. Sak explained everything to us and was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He tidied up after himself and communicated throughout. When we got the bill I was amazed at how reasonable it was especially considering how much time had been spent here. What an absolute gem of a company to have found and we will definitely be using these guys for all our boiler needs going forward. Can't recommend enough!

We had the delightful experience of getting our underfloor heating done by sajeel of SM Gas and Plumbing solutions. Very effiecient and wasted no time in the process. It works like a dream. Very happy with the service we received. Would definitely recommend his services to family and friends.

I would highly recommend using this company. From start to finish their communication was fantastic, the complete service (a new combi boiler fitted and water tank removed) was excellent value. The engineers were efficient, polite and worked to time. In addition, the work carried out was complicated in several ways (a previous plumber had said they could not carry out work) and the engineers worked around our family consisting of two young children. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and now have a great system in our house.

James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted. I rang this morning about my leaky sink, Lee rang back very quickly, was very open, realistic and transparent regarding costs and was able to send out his guy Chris within the hour. Chris was polite and professional and he fixed the problem efficiently (which was caused by another “plumber” I had hired from a different company to install a new sink). Chris even cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Lee and his team and will definitely use them again!
