So grateful to Dicky at R & G plumbing, immediately got back to me when contacted, came promptly the next day as arranged and sorted my heating issue immediately. (I had previously had someone else out who had "apparently done it", but hadn't!!) Dicky went above and beyond to check the whole system including safety of a gas fire and didn't charge me for any of the additional care. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He has since helped with further issues, given free advice and been there at the end of the phone to advise with any plumbing/heating issues that arise. His communication and customer care is nothing short of excellent, his work is of an exceptionally high standard and also extremely good value. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I can not recommend Dicky highly enough.

WE have used Darran for many years and he always does a first class job. His most recent job was to service our boiler which he did in his usual efficient manner. He also identified a problem with our water pressure which is coming back to fix. I thoroughly recommend Darran for any plumbing or heating job.

Darran solved my issue with the washing machine feed very quickly. He gave some much needed advice about some other aspects of my central heating system which I was not aware of, having only just bought this property. I’ve used DB Plumbing on a couple of occasions over the past year, and Darran has delivered a first-class service every time. His communication is always clear, and he provides a detailed price breakdown before starting the work. Throughout each job, he keeps me updated on progress, which I really appreciate. Darran is courteous and polite, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. We had the delightful experience of getting our underfloor heating done by sajeel of SM Gas and Plumbing solutions. Very effiecient and wasted no time in the process. It works like a dream. Very happy with the service we received. Would definitely recommend his services to family and friends.

We were lucky enough to find these guys to help when we couldn't get our central heating working this year. They came out promptly and Saj spent hours accurately diagnosing the problem. He was determined to stay until he m ew what the issue was. We needed a new part which was ordered promptly and as soon as it arrived Saj and a colleague were back to install it and ensure that the boiler was working. Sak explained everything to us and was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He tidied up after himself and communicated throughout. When we got the bill I was amazed at how reasonable it was especially considering how much time had been spent here. What an absolute gem of a company to have found and we will definitely be using these guys for all our boiler needs going forward. Can't recommend enough!

Mark has been my plumber for a number of years and always gives great service. He's done emergency repairs (shower pump replacement, leaks) and scheduled work (boiler, underfloor heating, servicing) and he's always polite, accommodating and professional.

Great plumber! He managed to fit us in, worked on a timer so really honest. Really friendly and helpful! Great with my dog too who can be a bit nervous of people in the house. This us the second time I've used him and I will definitely use him again.

Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. Glow Maintenance are the best. Nigel and Don are very skilled and reliably good humoured. I wouldn't use anyone else. Originally recommended by my neighbour - I have used him for the last 10 years for boiler servicing. I had already recommended him to friends and neighbours and will continue to do so.

This was our first time using Glow, and I am very happy with Don's work. He installed a new boiler, adding new pipes and making them so much neater than they used to be before. I needed urgent installation and they made the effort to fit us in as quickly as possible. Charlie was extremely responsive, coming out within an hour in the evening to look at a boiler fault that had stopped us from having heating or hot water. He diagnosed the problem, as well as ensuring we had a temporary solution for that evening. The next day he came back with a replacement for the faulty part and fixed it promptly. Great service, would use again definitely.

We had a central heating shut down. I try and use local services where possible and called Ashtead plumbing and heating. Charlie was very helpful and despite working all of Saturday, still found time to call by on his way home and diagnose the problem which was a faulty water pump. Two days later as promised on Monday morning The job was completed for less than he had estimated which was a bonus! Charlie was polite, friendly, and professional.
