I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!

Michael came to our rescue a couple of weeks ago when there was an issue at my daughter’s flat. He replied to my enquiry immediately, was informative and professional. From the off he was great with his communication and carried out the works with great efficiency. Two weeks later the problem has not reoccurred thankfully. Would highly recommend his services.

I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

Ben could not have been more helpful. Very quick response, great advice and ongoing, consistent support to ensure the little beast had gone! Very knowledgable, and was also able to provide contacts needed for some of the specialised jobs. We felt Ben was with us all the way to solving our pest control problem - 100% reliable and a lovely guy. Highly recommend.

Ben was simply amazing in helping with our pest issue. Knowledgable, responsive, even out of hours, reassuring and a really nice guy to boot. He diligently investigated and remedied the problem explaining the full process. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
