James was fantastic. We had him for 3 visits over 3 weeks, and saw massive results, even after the first visit. He was incredibly communicative and friendly, reassuring us on any worries we had and explaining the process clearly. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about where the pests would hide, and where they might be coming from. Would definitely recommend.

Recently heard noises in the loft that sounded like a squirrel was moving around and shredding cardboard to make a nest. I gave North Downs Pest Control a call and Paul was able to come around the next day and set a trap. Somehow the squirrel managed to knock over the trap and set it off without being caught. Paul returned to reset it and the offending squirrel was caught soon after. Paul is a very professional and personable individual who was able to deal with our problem in a prompt and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Some wasps decided to make a home in the fascia boards outside my bedroom window. Called Paul at North downs Pest Control and he was able to come out that afternoon. Prompt, efficient and friendly and the wasp problem has been fixed. Very happy with the service and would happily use again.

Great service and very quick to respond. Tim and his sister came to our house and diagnosed the issue very quickly and gave us an honest fix in how to prevent starlings entering part of our roof. Would highly recommend, they were professional and straight to the point. I would call them again if the issue arises

Fantastic service from Tim & Sherry getting rid of some unwanted guests at our house. Extremely quick to respond, flexible on appointment times and extremely discreet (The company van does not have the company name displayed on it). Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. Courteous, careful and respectful throughout - can’t recommend highly enough
